issues that are concerned to the health and social care. However, it is
analyzed that communication is the effective process and it helps to keeps or
connects people together so that there could be affected. The theories and
communication skills are analyzed in the paper and there is the examination of
the health and social care that how inappropriate interpersonal communication
can affect the companies and how issues can be there in the social care.
However, in order to support service user, there is the need of effective
communication process so that values and cultural factors could be based on the
codes of practice and to that there could be practiced in order to improve the
communication. This paper also analyzed the ICT software packages in the health
and social care so that there could be the effective communication and so that
benefits could be attained from the patient and the healthcare people (Aldridge
& Wanless, 2012).

communication to health and social care contexts
It is known that communication is known to create the effect
as well as the positive understanding in the people, so that there could be
encountering of services and so that companies could be focused on the good
client service. Moreover, communication is the transactional process that
focuses on the health and social care context so that there could be effectivity
in the purposeful process. There are different communication theories that need
to be concerned for the beneficial outcomes, as the Cognitive, Humanistic,
Psychoanalytic, Behaviorist is the theories that need to be concerned in order
to support communication benefits example, the human dignity or self-
awareness. There are other theories that can also support the process of the
communication example, the Maslow’s theory as well as the human need, these

serious case but the hospital staff due to less communication or not
identifying effective practices of communication suffered the issues, as the
husband Paul was told that his wife or Anna was drunker; therefore, the staff
has the valuable time and the hospital in this way, do not want to waste to
examine her. It is focused by the staff that no history of Anna was known or
there was no medical history, therefore, due to communication gap issues were
there in the hospital staff management. Anna in another hospital was diagnosed
with a stroke; thus, it is analyzed that theories of communication need to be
concerned for the effective communication so that companies could able to
provide the quality care (Mambi, 2010).
