This paper is a comparative analysis of three movies, Triumph of the Will, Prelude to War, and Casablanca. This analysis is made to analyze that how these movies have impacted the ideologies, perceptions and thought process of people and society.

The cinema is certainly changing the way people used to think and react to different situations. The“Triumph of the Will” is a famous propaganda filmabout Nazi Party rule in 1934.This moviedepicted6 days of activities from arrival to departure of the Adolf Hitler's. It comprisesdialogues by the major contestantsand alsothousands of activities about thousands of Nazi supporters who appeared during the events.

The“Prelude to War”is acertifiedUS Government film about World War II, defining the numerous Allies, enemiesetc, and what were the reasons to fight this wart. The movie “Casablanca” is about pessimistic American expatriate fights to choose whether or not he mustsupporther fugitive husband and his previous lover escape French Morocco.

It is the story of a person name Rick who owns a nightclub in the city of Casablanca. At the time of World War II, Rick faced various issues because the local people do not want him to run the club. However, his club becomes a good place for the refugees who want to move to America. As time passed, Rick faced several new challenges which lead him to make some tough decisions. The things become difficult for Rick when his former mistress comes in his club with her husband. Rick was not expecting this to happen that's why the issues for Rick became even greater in number.

At the time of World War II, many refugees left Germany so that they can settle in America. But while moving to America, the refugees have to go to Casablanca first. From Casablanca, the refugees needed an exit visa and getting exit visa at that time was not an easy task. Therefore, the café of Rick became the prime location for many refugees to stay. Even Rick was also an American who was living in Casablanca. Rick wanted to go to America but for some reasons, he wasn’t able to go there. At that time, some German couriers were killed and the letters which they were taking were stolen.

Ugarte was the friend of Rick and had full trust in him. Ugarte wanted to give some letters to Rick for safe keeping, which he wanted to sell latter. However, before he can give those letters to Rick, he got arrested by the police for the murder of two German couriers. At that time the Rick found out that a leader of Czechoslovakia wanted to leave to America. Rick told by police men that the leader would do whatever it takes to get the exit visa.
