A personal development plan is used to achieve the required goals by making different types of schedules. It is also known as the process of creating an action plan which is used to gain the values, reflections, awareness, plan for the better successes, goal settings to achieve the required goals withinthe context of the self-improvement, relationship or for education.

The personal development plan is also known as the personal enterprise plan or individual development plan in which training and education, competence or strength, aspirations and steps,and stages to show the way that how the plan is to be realized are included. It is also included in the personal development plan, a person’s lifestyle priorities and career, analysis of risk and opportunities, curriculum vitae, alternative plans,and a career positioning.

A portfolio is needed in the personal development plan based on the skills gathered over a particular period for higher educations. Same like this human resources management (HRM) is also uses the personal development plan in order to gain the things at a time.

Personal Development Plan is sometimes used in the sense of employees CVs. The employees who want to take business training are often asked to give the personal development plan in order to know the employee's goal. For the short-term needs, I have to give importance to learning different types of techniques and skills for the betterment of my cooperation and negotiable skills, evaluations, report writing skills and validation techniques. I have to learn to train the employees with different skills that help me to enhance the performances of the employees in order to achieve the required goal perfectly in less time.

Ø  Objectives for MBA achievement

I am doing my MBA to get a promotion at my work with that it also educates me to manage the human resources which are very helpful for me to manage the performance of the employees to achieve the goals at a time.

No, I don’t want to change my career as I am already working in the management department so I just want to enhance my educations and skills that can be used further for the promotion in the department or I will get a more suitable job with respect to my experiences and degrees.

Yes, I also want to do Ph.D. program after the completion of my this degree but when I complete my MBA I have to work in the management department in order to get more experiences that help me to go higher in the future.

Ø  How can I improve my Skills to achievement the MBA

I am trying to attain different and useful skills. Report writing skills is a skill through which we can tell each and everything about the employees by writing simple words that a common person can also be able to read it clearly so I will focus on getting the skill of report writing. For this, different types of techniques and systems are used. I have to know these techniques through which I can be able to manage the employees easily, which helps me to achieve the goals of the firms in a short period of time. I also have to attain the other different skills that are useful to me.

Yes, I am striving to be a good critical thinker because through this I can be able to easily manage the critical situations, those situations that become the hurdles in the way of achieving the goal. I am also striving to be a leader of a firm through which I can be able to focus on the employee’s performance and suggest my personal opinion to them through which the whole performance of the firm increases. I am also willing to gain experience and knowledge, more and more in order to work with globalized industries. I will focus on my classes of MBA as well as on the job that I am doing to gain different skills to manage the performances of organizations or firms I will also acquire my skill by doing communication with my employees and seniors.

I will prefer to attend a trade school through this I can be able to know the different techniques of managing different businesses. In this, I will be able to communicate with the seniors which give me more and more knowledge.

Ø  How do I manage the Timing to do my MBA

I will manage to do my MBA with my job. I will give 3 to 4 hours to my classes in order to gain the studies, which is provided in the classes. I will make important notes on the things that teach by the teachers. In daily routine after the completion of my job time, I will again give 1-2 hours to my studies in order to gain the things that I have noted in the notes. This will help me to gain a lot of things on a daily basis. I will also use to talk with my colleagues about the things that I have gained in the lectures. This will help me to memorize the studied topics.

My family is supportive, they support me in every aspect of life. My family motivates me to do things that cannot be done easily. I will manage easily to do MBA with my job and I will manage the time for my family.

Ø  Measurement completing my MBA

The above said measures that I have accomplished my needs and objectives successfully because I know that where I have reached now and what should be done in the future. I know about different things and skills but I know that after completing my MBA I will be able to do much more things and uses my skills and techniques in quit well manner. Adding more I am doing the job in the finance department of management through which I am able to learn more and more things, which measure that I am becoming successful to know my needs, objectives, and goals.

For the long-term needs, I have to improve my educations I will complete my MBA and after that, I will take the CIA certificate in order to have financial positions as auditor managers in the globalized firms. As the globalized firms are going towards the success day by day, so I have to become an auditor manager in these organizations or firms. By selecting the auditor manager of finance, I will be able to manage all of the aspects without any hurdles because I have more educations and more skills to do so. This will also support me financially.

Yes, I am doing my MBA to have a financial position as auditor manager or the same post like this in the managing department. It is my goal to work in globalized firms on higher position but for this, I have to work hard and gain experience in my field more and more.

As it is said above that I do not want to change my carer I just to enhance the techniques of myself in order to know more about the management techniques and systems. Adding more, this is only the way through which I can be able to have a CIA certificate and to go higher in the rank. I also want to have a Ph.D. degree but after the completion of this degree.

I will prefer to take more experience. As I started the MBA now with my job, same like that I will start to gain more and more experience but with that, I will also start my next degree program.

I will try to attain more and more skills like the skills of managing the businesses and the employees in order to achieve the goals. Report writing skills will also be preferred in order to give the report about the performances of the employees and organizations and firms. By gaining more and more skills, it will help me to attain my goal to be an auditor manager. This will also help me to go higher in rank. I know that it will take a long time to achieve different types of skills but I know that I can be able to fulfill my desires.

I am striving to get the job in a globalized firm to attain my desires of being an auditor manager. Critical and creative thinking will be gained with respect to time but after getting this, I will be able to solve the critical problems and situations through which I can be able to pass the hurdles that are coming in front of me while going towards the required goal. Leadership is also required as it is the first step for me to go towards success. More and more knowledge will be gained to know about everything which happened in the firm or which increase the businesses.

I will give attention to the international markets that what is going on financially in the markets. I will also give importance to know the financial causes, which decreases the businesses. I have to gain many other special skills in finance in order to become a financial audit manager. I will take the trade school rather than the special school in order to gain the skills of executive communication. Through this type of communication, I can be able to communicate in the international markets as well as with the seniors and other correspondence.

On the hand in long term if I keep up on working on my skills and don everything with love, integrity and passion then can be easily manage the time for my studies of MBA because I want to be a financial audit manager and this desire motivates me to do all the things together without any hesitations and hurdles. Therefore, it is easy for me to manage the time for my studies.

My family also motivates me to do what you want. They support me in all aspects of nature. They also motivate to achieve the desired goal of becoming the financial audit manager.

From the above studies, it is cleared that my aim is to become a financial audit manager and to get CIA certificate. For this, I have to complete my MBA and want to know about different techniques and skills. With respect to this, I have to learn executive communication skills in order to work with globalized companies or firms.
