In this report there is discussion about the mobilizing the
medical education center that is located in Oman. The name of this medical
center is Oman college of health sciences. The things that is required to
change the organization is mobilization in the organization that will help the
organization to move in stable condition. This can be done with the help of
creativity and innovation skills. If this college want to improve mobilizing in
their institute so they must have to arrange creativity department in their
college that will help the faculty members of this college to improve their
skills in better way.
This is because if
the creative department is heavily skilled in their professional so that they
are able to introduce innovative ideas in their college to prepare themselves
for the future outcomes. The recommendations will ne deeply discussed in the
recommendation section of this report (Baer, 2015)..

The
main aim and objective of this report is to analyze how through the help of
mobilization will help the Oman college of health sciences faculty to improve
and increase their skills for the betterment of the organization. (Dawson
& Andriopoulos, 2014). The organization has to introduce
mobilization in their college because if they wanted to stand in the market so
the HR management of the organization has to train themselves according to the
given condition (Deschamps &
Nelson, 2014).
Creativity and innovation in some operations of the
organization plays a really vital role in enhancing the organization and also
help the organization to stand in the market for a long period of time. The main
duty of the faculty members of the organization is to remove all barriers and
these barriers are in the main structure of the organization (Sarooghi, et al.,
2015).

According to the author Fay he has given the idea about the
value of teamwork in the organization that will help the organization to mold
in new shape and also how the HRM department of the organization will to play a
role for implementing innovation in the organization. The teamwork in the
organization is playing very important part in reshaping the future of the
organization. If the HRM department of the organization has the skill to
improve team work with the help or innovation so that they can easily move the
organization on the road to success of the organization. In the article the
author presented different methods and skills that how through the help of
innovation and creativity we can easily develop skills and make our organization
better than before. In this article there are some hypothesis that were tested
and these hypotheses were tested with longitudinal data and lagged data and
these data has been collected from 18 to 45 organizations in United Kingdom.
From these results it can be seen that through the help of innovation in the
organization the HRM department of the organization are able to upgrade through
the help of innovation and creativity. In this article there is discussion
about how innovation and creativity of team work in the organization will help
to mold the organization in better way. Teamwork also help to arrange the total
management of the organization by introducing special skills in every
department of the organization. The HR department of the organization is able
to develop the team more powerful through the help of this creativity and
innovation (Fay, et al., 2015).
In this article the author Tersesa gave information about
that how the organization is able to generate creativity environment for their
employees so that they are able to move the organization in quite better way.
If the HR department focuses on innovation and creative ideas in their organization
so that they are able to make their organization more powerful than before and
also able to stay in the market for a long period of time. The HRM department
must focus on creating an environment for enhancing different skills in their
employees. This can be done by arranging a department in the organization that
will help the organization to give creative and valuable ideas for enhancing
power skills in the employees of organization. This paper main focus on
comparing the discrimination between the low creative projects and high
creative projects. For increasing innovation in the organization, they must
have to focus on creative ideas in the organization (Teresa M Amabile.,
1996).
In this paper the author Puline gives information about
developing creative leadership skills in any public sector company with the
help of case study. The main focus of this study is to develop particular
skills in the organization so that they can improve creative skills in the
leaders of the organization. The main focus of the organization is to enhance
some particular skills in their employees with the help of creative ideas and
these creative ideas are come from training. If the HRM department focus on
enhancing the main skills of their leaders so that they are able to move any
private sector organization in better way. This can be done by creative some
cognitive blocks with creative thinking so this will help remove all harmful
barriers in their organization and also help them solve any kind of problem in
the organization through innovative ideas. The organizations have to generate

innovation of faculty of Oman College of Health science can be improved in many
different ways, which will in turn help the College and its students. Hiring
Versatile skills teachers can help students in variety of ways and access them
efficiently. A teacher’s cafe and teachers inform events and tours can be
greatly helpful in creating healthy relationships among them, which will in
turn pay off in many different ways. If teachers are not given basic training
and aren't specified the goal of your college then they will not be that
effective and won't have the proper derive and motivation, so describing them
the vision of your college and its purpose will surely boost their creativity
and innovation.
There is very low amount of collaboration between the
teachers and this can prove a hinder for progress of your college, proper
collaboration can drastically increase the teaching method collectively and it
will create an opportunity to share their experiences which will be extremely
beneficial for everyone. An improper environment can decrease creativity and
innovation by folds so providing a great healthy environment will surely boost
the creativity and innovation of everybody. First step for improvement is
to recognize the flaws and needs so, simply asking the faculty and teaches for
feedback is best way to know what they want and how can you provide it to them,
this is the sure way of improving their productivity, creativity and
innovation.

I better to have a variety of
people, versatile skills can really payoff. Just like if you want to open a
bakery you would not only hire bread experts, you would hire variety of chefs
to have a successful business. Same is the case with any origination, a healthy
mixture of skills can extremely boost creativity and innovation due to the
multiple perspectives. And having different perspectives open up much more
possibilities and gives whole lot of room for creativity and innovation.
To be most productive and
creative it is extremely essential for coworkers to have healthy relationships,
this can be achieved by multiple ways like by sharing meals at lunch time,
giving your workers some breaks for socializing and rest and
arranging informal events/tours can really help in establishing health
relationships among coworkers.
If a proper
vision is given and a tangible goal is set then it can really improve
creativity and innovation because not knowing what to do and why to do it clearly
can really decrease the creativity and innovation of the whole team. A sense of
having a purpose and a proper belief in cause can really push people forward
and can make them go an extra mile to accomplish the goal.
Giving basic training to your employees and showing them the proper way to do
basic tasks can go a really long way and will increase creativity and
innovation.
Having a hierarchical system can make people selfish and can create a very
unhealthy environment which destroys creativity and innovation as individuals
try to only impress their superiors to get promotion instead of doing what is
best for the company and which will be beneficial in the long run.
