Kuwait International Bank is known as the
Islamic bank, which is located in the well-known city of the Kuwait and several
other cities of the Kuwait and it is founded on the 1973. This bank is involved
in the offering the financial services for the individuals of the Kuwait as
well as the corporate customers. KAB is providing the fi9nicial services
according to the Islamic rules and regulations. It is one of the specialized
banks whichare regulated by the central bank of Kuwait. This bank is also
listed on the Kuwait stock exchange.This bank has started to follows the rules
of the Islamic Sharia from the 2007 and it is also known as the public quoted company.
The business of the KIB’s covers the services of the all banking. It includes
direct investment, acceptance of deposits, Murabah, financing transaction and
Ijra Muntahia Bittamleek, Tawruk and Istisna’a. The network of the KIB has been spread across
the States of the Kuwait and it contain on the 23 branches.

In
the first week of the I have worked in the two department of the KIB which are
the human resource department and assurance department. But the experience of
the HR department is much better than the assurance department. Because in this
department at initial level during my trading I have learned about how the
candidates are hired for the banking sectorsbeforeit all I knew about recruiting
and selection process was limited to books butt now I have found it implementation
in the field. At this position my job descriptions are to call out the
shortlisted candidates as well as schedule exams for interviewee. After that I
have conducted interviews from all of the candidates who have passed their
interviews exam. I have met to the candidates for providing them information
related to the selection process.
I
have also worked with the insurance unit and I have learnt lot of things about
the link among theInsurance Company and banks. I have also learn lot of things
about the Insurance for the bank properties, loan insurance and in this
department I have also learnt about the CRFO loan insurance. By working in banks I have go to know that the
baking sectors are providing the benefits of insurance to their staff and theirfamily.
I want to suggest to the baking sectors that they must be improve their system
of the LGL, LOC and LOG.
Evaluation of the Field training

Field
training supported me to learn new knowledge about the real work environment in
the banking sector. As a result of this training, my knowledge is increased
about the administration style and particularly HR management. Now my
understanding of penalty policies, motivational strategies, overtime policies,
and employee’s compensation are better than the previous understanding (before
going to field training). Now I can understand things in a better way. thus I
can say that field training increased my self-confidence level and now I feel
myself able to deal with the managerial problems, individuals, and daily work
responsibilities in any kind of workplace including and excluding banking
sector. During this field training my previously learned courses also provided
advantages to me in learning new knowledge. For instance, the Human Resources
Management course supported me in understanding the role and duties of the HR
manager. Because of this course, I was already familiar with the key duties of
HR managers, therefore, I faced very minor difficulty in getting the adjustment
in the HR department. Furthermore, management course also benefited in
understanding the organizational structure and hierarchy of control during
field training. At the beginning of the field training, I faced challenges
related to formal communication style. Somehow, I tackled the situation and
practices formal communication thus I overcame on the situation.
