Are corporations’ moral agents? Do they have moral responsibilities? Or in your view do only human beings have moral agency and moral obligations.

 Corporation is a legal entity which does not depend on anybody which is isolated from the people who control, own and manage it. Corporations can also be defined as a legal person who can sign a contract, can pay taxes and incur debts. There is three major part of a corporation which stockholders, managers, and employees. Yeah corporations are moral agents because from the point of law corporations are legal persons who have all the rights to enjoy protection similarly a common man can which includes a basic right of a person in which freedom of expressions, jury trial, seizures, free from double jeopardy and due process against the unreasonable searches.  

A moral agency is regarded as the individual personal responsibility attributes about its corporation. According to my views, corporations have moral responsibilities because no owner in an organization is allowed to punish a criminal in an organization according to its wish it is necessary for the implication of punishment that the owner has to follow the laws and rules according to the government. Yeah, human beings are only one who requires moral obligations to survive their life. If morality and its obligation are not present in this world than there are no communities, no corporation and no societies present in the world through which the world would be destructed that's why moral obligation and moral agency are direct concerns with the human beings.

Human is different from all other animals based on their nature, intelligence and emotions. All other animals do not have senses regards to moral and ethical values but each human being has that's why moral agency and obligations related to morality are necessary and just for human beings.

Which view of the corporate social responsibility the narrow or the broad do you favor and why?

I favor the broader corporate social responsibility because it explains that obligations are not concerned with stockholders but also linked with all the matters that affected by or affect through its behavior.

What the corporation does or don't all such aspects regard to the public, customers and employees are included in this stakeholder model. The concept of broader view corporate social responsibility explores the relationship between society and business which shows a social contract that requires the business to do beneficial ways to society. Side effects of business externalities and activities social cost regards to its weight is the responsibility of a corporation.

Narrows' view of corporate social responsibility argues that to increase shareholder wealth outweighs it is necessary to focus on the management fiduciary responsibility, on the other hand, a broader view of corporate social responsibility states that management has all the responsibilities regards to the internal and external issues of a corporation.

Government laws control the appetite of profit which is naturally grown in the field of corporations but including all these points some objections explore the whole phenomenon in a simple way

The government does not have any evidence regards to any activity which violates rules related to the moral and behavioral issues inside the corporation that's why the government cannot easily analyze the person who doesn't follow the moral corporate. Inside a corporation, there are a lot of employees working together that can violate the environment through his attitudes and behavioral attributes which is not appropriate according to the moral values.

What do you think companies should do to make themselves more moral organizations? How can they promote a healthy moral climate inside the company?

To make themselves companies should spread the knowledge about the importance of moral and ethics because it is the basic need of every individual but if we  don’t know exactly about the concepts of moral and ethics so how we can appropriately implement this in our lives so to improve morally a business u must keep awareness about the morality and ethics and communicate it to the others so they will actually know the meaning of ethics and how to perform ethically behavior in a team or corporation.  

Secondly, try to make ideas about ethics and also focus on its implementation which makes the real change which further results in an evolution in the system of cooperation. So you must take it as necessary responsibility just in this way you can achieve your desired goals regards to the attitudes and morality of employees or another member of a corporation. Thirdly if you face some criticism in these steps do not focus on it take defensive steps to promotes ethics and also make a discussion of the public on it and also review your codes you decide to make a corporation good in morality and ethics.
