In
this discussion, improvement, and strength of self-awareness lie in thoughts
and emotions. Primarily Self-awareness is vital step that takes control of our
life. While for development of self-awareness, personal thoughts and
interpretations need to be changed in such a way that intelligence power,
personality, and reactions will end up in bright and successful future ahead.
For improvement of self-awareness the basic thing is to know about strength and
weaknesses and development of intuitive decision-making skills is important to
know. Moreover, it needs emotional triggers to face challenges and boundaries
are important to set to achieve the basic goal of life.
However,
many specific strengths would be capitalized if know the self-discipline and
enduring ourselves in critical environment no matter how hard the situation is.
It is better to know about the weaknesses, and it is more relevant to identify
the strengths. Major skills define the strength and competing with fears and
never step the most efficient behavior that keeps us growing. While keeping an
open mind to understand someone’s point of view is necessary because moving
ahead in life it helps develop such optimistic potential. Learning from
mistakes and taking a step ahead after failure is the best part that strengthens
us internally. Specific strengths can capitalize on several purposes.
So
taking risks in life and discovering new experiences with motivation is needed
for strengthening ourselves. Furthermore, meditation is the core need that is
used to improve the awareness and health moment by moment. Hence for
counter-productive thinking, it exhibits some innovative changes in various
aspects of life, which are more relevant to change general habits and transform
ourselves in such a way that main aim and destination are seen clearly. But for
this it is required to be very much passionate in life. Nothing goes the right
way without clear purpose and determination so a modified thinking with greater
dreams and struggling for such factor is not impossible. Many goals are set and
achieve as a result and also affect your interpersonal relationships (Popescu et
al., 2010).
Living
with such thinking and motivation helps more to achieve a goal. Creative
thinking is necessary for generation of something big and measures the results
and output as compared to time for getting the productive prospects, but for
all such things, it is considerable to know well about positive attitude. The
behavior depicts much about personality, and it sets high standards for working
in a team in an organization set and achieve as a result and how that could
also affect your interpersonal relationships. Other requirements for leading
best initiatives is creation of routine as we are stick to our habits and so
our brains function accordingly; therefore, for greater success and
self-awareness it is important to establish the routine and accomplishment of
tasks at regular basis. For accomplishment of tasks at specific time the main
secret is to reduce the number of decisions throughout the day. Irrelevant
thoughts and making decisions for smaller things save time and prevails more
focus on the major thing for achievements.
And
taking advantage of procrastination sounds to be counterproductive, but her
true passion counts as if we wait for last-minute and what if it takes a minute
to do. So counting such smaller things makes a big change, but setting true
goal should be considered. For setting goal it is listening, and collaboration
is best, and workplace etiquette are important criteria for best impression to
identify and affect the interpersonal relationship (Lai, 2013)
