does not depend on any one, I have my own perception and own thoughts that will
make me succeed and excel in the fields of life. The potential skills that I
examined in myself and the skills which I can develop in myself to excel in
future like positivity, patience and self-management, making the tough
decisions and adaptability to the environment in which I am working only in
these conditions I will be able to become a great leader. I will develop these
skills by focusing on my personality, developing my personality, being more
patient in tough situation, visit different areas that I usually do not visit
to be adaptable to the nature and think with a positive min and see every
situation with a positive aspect and avoid negativity as much as possible, will
focus on how to manage myself and my daily routine, how to manage my anger and
how to manage my work and my environment and how I deal with others. To be a
leader like Hanzade Dogan Boyner I should think of the humanity and their
rights and the people and their requirements only on this basis I can become a
good and diligent leader that works for the humanity and the people and to
fulfill their basic requirements and needs and for this purpose I have to face
some changes in life but I have to face hem with courage and patience in order
to become a god transformational leader that will lead the organizations in a
positive way and led the organization to the height of success like Hanzade
Dogan Boyner has done in her career and in her life.
