The study of the both individual performance
and the group within the activity of the organization is known as the
organizational behavior. Study of the organizational behavior is examine that
the behavior of the human in the working environment plus also determine the
impact of the motivation, leadership, performance, and the job structure e.t.c,
but according to our course study we have to studied about the concepts of the
organizational behavior and the different theories of the organizational
behavior which is applying the real life situations (Wroblewski, 2018)
The Concepts of
Organization Behavior
To understand the human behavior which
is specified their fields and the faculty knowledge is being developed of the
organizational behavior.
Organizational behavior focus on the
three analyses;
Groups
Individuals
Organizations
Organizational behavior is the value centre
science and the normative, where the study of people at the work is concerned
by the understanding of the prediction and the human behavior control.
In the organization how the people act
and suggested the different methods to improve the problems of the organization
in general which is also related with the works and the job satisfaction (Schermerhorn & al, 2004).
Problem in Organization
There
are the different important concepts that are used to managing the organization
in the variations of the business environments. Environment of the Organization
becomes more complicated that is the complexity of the relationship,
interactions along with the process which is often creates difficulty to understand.
The role of the mangers in the organization is very effective because they organizing
maintain the good relationship with employees. In this case analysis of the real
life situations, the practice of the empowerments which is used like the new
devices through Becker for hotel which is more effective plus to implements the
employee’s capacity to create the good decisions along with the innovative
working environments. Alternatively there
are different situations where the employees were not familiar with the
variations in management’s .Focused on the problems and the issues which is implementing
in the empowerments in organizations (Kinicki &
al, 2015).
Implication of organizational
behavior in real life
By
the theoretical lessons I have learnt from the lesson organizational behavior
is the study of the people at the work. Organizational behavior concentrates on
the groups, individuals and the structure which is present in the OB .However
applying the practice with the concepts of the organizational behavior to
improve the organization effectiveness which is chief goal of the organizations.
Therefore it is emphasize the behavior
is related to the management, absenteeism, and the job, where the method of employees
is different from their behavior as the individual in the social settings. There
are different factors which influence the organizational behavior involving the
company structures, procedures, policies and the effectiveness of managements
along with the interaction among colleagues. The element which is used in this could inspire
the employees to work harder which is contribute to disengagements.
There
are the following major trends/concepts which I have learned from the
organizational behavior which could also applicable in the real-life situation
in near feature;
Culture
of Organizational Behavior
By
the organizational culture the new employees is influenced when they join the
company. For example the culture of the Company which encourages the employees to
speak without the fear , but the new employees would gain the confidences that
expressing their ideas if the culture is shoot to the manger and the employees
also learns to keep their opinions themselves. Culture of organization affects the
method of the strategy which is determine and in what the goals is established
and how the organization is operates (Tharp, 2009).
According
to this case study the John Becker who is newly appointed as the general managers
and he has the 10 years experience of hotel managements which is selected due
to the previous success. Success of the organizational
culture is obtained by the internal and the external factors by the change of
the ownerships which must be identify the variations of the culture form the one
organization to another.
Motivation
of Organizational Behavior
In
the organizational behavior it suggested that the employee needs to be
motivated for the best performance with their ability. When the employees see
the clear link among the effort they should motivated and reward what they receives.
Whereas the reward must be seen along with the equitable in order to inspire
the works of employees. In this case the motivation accounts for the individuals
intensity, persistence, direction along with efforts which towards to obtaining
the goal. In the organizational behavior by the combination of the different
elements the motivations is achieved which also combine to produced the satisfaction,
and job designs.

of Organizational Behavior
The
person that makes the decisions the organizational behavior influenced, because
the different companies rebuts the effective mechanisms of communication which
is enables the employees and the mangers to create the informed decisions.
Decision making basically refers to the choice making among the alternative
courses of action. Before making any kind of the decision it is very important
to make certain kind of thinking about it that what can be the outcomes of the
decision in the future time for organization. One should always think about the
reputation of an organization first before making any kind of the decision
first. Decisions can be classified in three different kind of categories which
totally depends on the level at which they took place.
1. Strategic
decision is the one that is responsible for setting the course of the
organization.
2. Tactical
decisions are based on the future things that how things will work out.
3. Last
but not the least one is Operational decision which is being taken by the
employees of the organization on daily basis to make an organization work
smoothly and successfully
Change management
of Organizational Behavior
Change management is a complete
process which include different techniques as well as tools for managing the
people for the side of change to score or achieve what is supposed to be
required as an outcome in the organization. Main purpose of change management
in any of the organization is the implementation of different strategies for
the affecting change, controlling that change as well as helping out the people
and making this sure people get adapted to the change.
Group &
Team works of Organizational Behavior
For the proper working and
development of any organization it requires hard work and honesty. These two
things can make an organization successful and this can only be done by the
help of employees working for the organization. Employees should be hardworking
as well as honest. Obviously one single person in an organization is not
capable of taking huge burden therefore, group and team works are being done to
divide the burden. Team can be of two more than two employees and on the basis
of teams different groups can be made. Groups can further exchange their ideas
and talk about the assigned topics through which different ideas and solutions
can be generated and work load can be decreased as well with large output.

Leadership can be defined as the
capability of management to make right and sound decisions which are good for
the organization as well as the employees working in the organization. Leader
needs to take quick and good decisions to inspire other people around him or her
to work in a better way. Leadership is basically a process of making everyone
capable of achieving a common goal for the betterment of their future. In a
short form, Leadership is the way of getting the things done in a right way
with the help of others.
Leadership plays a very vital and
important role in the behavior of an organization as it leads the members of
team towards the higher performance. It is also involved in the motivation as
well as morale among the employees. It also facilitates the success of an
organization by creating the accountability as well as responsibility among the
different members working in an organization.

Organization ethics is the way that
how it responds to the external environment. Organization ethics include
various guidelines as well as principles which is responsible in deciding the
way that how every individual should work in a workplace, it can be any kind of
organization. This is also linked with the code of conduct of every single
individual working in an organization.
Diversity in any of the
organization is not directly considered to be an ethical issue. It basically
refers to number of different people from different background contributes in
making up the staff of an office. Due to the opening of job opportunities by
world economy, it has led to the variety of teams coming from different areas,
religion and gender backgrounds as well. There is no doubt in it that having a
diverse workforce in an organization has number of benefits.
