The head quarter of the organization is located in Cupertino California USA. The key products of the corporation includes iPhone, iPad, Mac computer etc. According to the estimates of 2018 the organization has employed approximately 132000 employees worldwide. Being a human resource manager improving the performance of the employees is among the most important tasks. To further enhance the performance of employees a new performance management system has been imitated in the corporation that will not only address the key issues of the employees but will also enhance the efficiency, productivity and effectiveness of the organization’s operations.
