In
the current research; there is a focus on the secondary analysis because it is
considered an effective purpose to conduct the research. However, to
effectively and efficiently answer the research questions; there is a need for
the prior studies so that questions or the research issues could be effectively
answered. There is a need to research the secondary method to find out the
current research interest through the original work. The entire research
question can effectively be addressed through the better analysis of the prior
studies that how workplace environment, change management and employees’
commitment can bring effectiveness in the profit and non-profit institutions.
Moreover, the research question, need to be effectively answered through
secondary research as in this way, the aims and objectives of the research can
be considered efficiently. Thus secondary data analysis can help this research
to investigates an alternative perspective that how other researchers focus on
the current topic and what result they find out. Consequently, the systematic
reviews, as well as the meta-analyses, can also be considered in secondary
research; therefore, it is effective research under the qualitative studies.
This
research is considering the secondary analysis because it is a useful method
and it uses the multiple qualitative data sets. However, secondary research has
benefits because there is the consideration of the old as well as the present
data. secondary research considers the utilization of the existing data and
there are procedural and evaluative steps because it involves the old
researches conducted by the researchers; those researches are authentic
sometimes and based on the matter of the innovation. However, the previous olfactory
studies are said to be the collection of the relevant as well as the effective
material easy; there is an analysis of the sample collection and analyzed data.
Through a focus on the secondary and qualitative data methods, there can be a
better evaluation of the workplace environment, change management as well as
the employees’ commitment and their productivity in profit and non-profit
institutions (Ríos and Campo).
The
research used the qualitative method for researching the research report
because there is already so much existing data based on the primary analysis
that is conducted by the researchers.
Through the utilization of the effective data from the previous studies,
this research finds out that how workplace environment is a good source to
enhance the commitment level of the employee in the Omani organization, how
workplace environment is not a good source to enhance the commitment level of
the employee in the Omani organization. The resrecah studies the effective of
the employees in the healthy workplace; as it makes the employees more
productive, and it increases their performance, and also there is the benefit
for the organization. Moreover, there is also the consideration of the old
studies based on the management change; as it is a good source to enhance the
commitment level of the employee in the Omani organization and how management
change is not a good source to enhance the commitment level of the employee in
the Omani organization (Greener).
The
studies that are utilized in the current research are reliable and have their
significance. Through the better analysis of the current research; old studies
based on the same topic or similar topics are considered effective. Old studies
already collected the data and filled the data related to the employees that
how companies are motivating them so that they effectively work and satisfied
in the company considering the comfortable environment that is more productive,
and the organization can develop properly under comfortable circumstances
rather than panicking situations.. The analysis of the data is done on the
studies that are discussed in the literature review so that answers connected
to the specific research can be focused on. Moreover, the questions help the
currents research to focus on the work and conclusion or results of the
previous researchers.
In
the research the effectiveness and data from the old research are collected; as
the current research considered that how the researcher collected the data from
the companies and did a better analysis in Oman regarding the behavior of the
employees. The biggest advantage of the secondary research is that there is a
focus on the level of expertise and in the secondary data the time is saved of
the researcher time and also money, resources as well as the energies.
Therefore, the research study is conducted the qualitative concerns. Under the
qualitative research methods, the observation method is used, and a literature
review is explored. There is a collection of effective material because only
the effective and particular survey is considered. In the research, there is a
better evaluation of the in-depth analysis by the previous authors.
Secondary
analysis has its benefits relating to the research's authenticity and also it
is beneficial and economical. Moreover, the most important aspect of this
analysis is that it can be critically analyzed ; however, the old researches
are considered so that there could be proper evaluation that how companies are
effectively managing the positively or how there is the management of the
organizations of Omanor what is the employees attitude towards change in an
organization and how they contribute in the company. With the help of the
participative approach the transformational style, as well as other leadership
styles of the managers, are also considered in the research. In the qualitative
research methods there is a focus on the literature review of the study and
also the research questions are analyzed theoretically. Moreover, the current
research explored the previous work concepts regarding the developed hypothesis
of the Omani organization. Old researchers considered the effectiveness and
efficiency of the workers in the workplace environment that how they show
commitment under the transactional leadership style.

The
qualitative research study leads toward the literature of the research study.
The understanding of the fundamental opinions can be attained from the
qualitative. It also gives the reason for developing the new and innovative
ideas of the research, and this technique is considered as the best match for
quantifying the ideas, opinions, and behaviors.
The
secondary data which is used in this research study leads toward the existing
data on employee commitment in the profit and nonprofit organization. There is
the focus on the studies that were conducted in the Oman regarding the
organizational change or the changing the management. It includes the research
studies which are conducted to supporting the concepts of the workplace
environment and change in management. By utilizing the literature and existing
knowledge, the secondary data can be easily explored. For supporting this
academic research there several research studies thatare usually used as the
secondary for conducting any new research study. The literature reviews of this
research study present a good example for conducting this research study.
The
current research design concerned previous studies and there is a consideration
of the secondary analysis so that better evaluation of the previous researchers
and their studies can be done. Moreover, secondary analysis is conducted so
that there could be focused researches; as there are studies related to
adopting change and high organizational commitment of employees. However, the
previous studies also analyzed the motivating factors for the employees in
Oman, therefore, the researches conducted by the researchers in Oman are
studied to reach the findings and results of this study. However, there are
studies based on the adoption of companies on good programs. There are
researches related to the life balance of the work and studies regarding the
good working conditions that how companies are motivating their employees and
also the moral values of the employees to attain the target goals. There is the
focus on the studies that were carry out in the Oman based on the
organizational change or the changing the management thus, various studies are
conducted by the other researchers on the same topic and these studies are used
for the effectiveness, better help and better evaluation of the resources.
