After conducting this research which
measure the impacts of the workplace environment, change management on employee
commitment. This study explored the major aspects related to employee
commitment within the organization also provides a good aspect of its
relationships with the workplace environment.
The environment of the workplace had
a positive effect on the productivity of the employee, their morale and their
engagement in the office work. . Commitment is an important part because it
shows how loyal a volunteer is to his work. A healthy workplace makes the
employees more productive, and it increases their performance, and this will be
a benefit for the organization.
A comfortable environment is more
productive, and the organization can develop properly under comfortable
circumstances rather than panicking situations. On the basis of secondary
research and qualitative research methods in which observations methods is used
and literature review is explored in which different studies of different
scholars are involved for example Emotional, cognitive, and behavioral are the
three features of employ commitment. We can get knowledge about the company
through the cognitive feature of the employ. Also it includes employ’s emotions
and views regards to the organization. Employs management linked to the
emotional dimension which explains there values and approaches. Features
related to the behavior explores employs reactions towards several views
against the organization.
All these features determines a lot
about employees which includes performance and roles played in the company.
Employs should always be well-informed and have clear knowledge about the
demands, strategies, and policies of their organization. Employs should be
aware of their organization objectives. Expectations of the organization must
be understood by the employs
They are being considered that the
process of policy formation and making oflatest strategies which can

This study is conducted on the profit and
nonprofit organizations of Oman.It had been analyzed in this study that the
commitment of the employees is working in effective manners in the
manufacturing organization of Oman. Even the level commitment for the employees
of the nonprofit organization is also measured in this research which depicts
that the employee's commitment can be increase by applying several strategies
to motivate their employees for their .
Different chapters of this explores
different measures which concluded that all the changes in management,
workplace environment and employ commitment have positive impact on all of them
which shows they have positive relationship. All these chapters finds that how a change in the Workplace Environment
affects employee satisfaction and commitment and how it can evaluate the effect
of the change in the Workplace Environment in the profit and nonprofit sector
of Organizations which can assess the process of change management in
non-profit and profit organization which differentiate the different responses
formulate by all the types of organizations. Through literature review, it had
been explored that in any given competitive business environment, change
is critical for business organizations for their growth.
In
competition at organizational level competitors always change their ways to
stay at the top in the list of their competitors. If any organization doesn’t
do this it will move out from the list of competition and lose in the battle of
organizational competition. Leaders have the basic role in creating a change
process because they can enforce their employees. The qualitative research
methods are used in this research in which literature reviews are source of
much solution. Using qualitative methods in which it constructs the research
questions which are analyzed theoretically by using the findings of other
researchers and exploring their concepts on this particular topic.
Using qualitative research methods
hypothesis are developed which was tested by using the questionnaire as
instruments of the study. The changes regards to the management have a positive
impact on the commitment of employ regards to the Omani organization. This
study explored the policymakers in order to do some initiatives related to the
change in management in the nonprofit
organization. Each change in the
nonprofit organizations of Oman is the reason for improved results in
organizational commitment. It had been explored that the environment of the
workplace plays an essential role in encouraging the employees in order to
perform their jobs in efficient manners.
Skills of employs can only be justified
by their sustainability to the jobs so in this money is not take as sufficient
for the motivation of employs. Competition is a thing which is necessary to
keep motivation of employees stable.
Through this study it is revealed
that performance of the employees can be increased due to the good environment
of the organization that can be biggest reason in order to increase employs
commitment level with organizations.
It had been observed during the
research by the personal experience in the nonprofit organization of Oman that
the productivity of the employees is not sufficient due to the uncomfortable
environment of this type of organizations. It is due to the most of the
employees of these organizations who are females and they are not spending their
professional life in effective manners. They need a friendly environment that
will be motivating the employees to perform their jobs and work in comfortable
environments.
It was explore in this study that the
effective performance of the employees for the productivity of the organization
and for the efficiency of employee. Feedback of the performance is depending on
the particular information which is mostly regards to solve the practical
problems of the organizations. Particular issue can be the cause of the actual
deviation from the original targeted goals. These are the obvious issues which
can be the cause of the actual deviation from targeted goal which can be
attained by anyone easily.
According to the findings and results
of this study, the managers arranged the periodic meetings along with the
employees because he wants to listen their complaints and arguments for their
management for serving as their motivating factors for their employees.
Particular activities of the managers must be counsel for their relationships
with their subordinates. The organization must have to adopt good programs in
order to accomplish their employees for the life balance of the work. It is
also regards to the great factors for retaining and motivating the employees for
their organization.
This study finds the variables and
facts are formulated in this in order to explore the significance of the growth
of the employees which involves the factors of the workplace environments which
are essential can subsequently activated and can control the activities of the
employees regarding to the skills and abilities.
It had been measured in this study
that there is a positive significant relationship among the workplace
environment, management change, and organizational commitment. This analysis
also shows that there is a positive significant relationship between dependent
and independent variables.
It had been discovered that the
managers can recognized by their employees and their requirement as well. They
must analyze the reason for adopting change in various change levels in
particular dimensions. The mangers must take several steps for the several
change activities in order to reduce the change resistance. If managers deal
with the changes it would very affective because it can be the reason of higher
organizational commitment of employees.
According to the findings to build an
effective work environment, the Management must be struggled and tried to
create that environment that can motivate, attract and retain its employees and
enhance the productivity of the employees. The mangers and employers must be
providing their employees physically comfort zone and facilities, it means the
employers must provide the flexible and adjustable furniture’s for their
employees for enhancing their comfort zone and encouraging them for their work.
In the long run, this strategy will be keeping their employees happier and
healthy.
The employers must have in place good
working conditions for their employees for enhancing their moral values and it can
easily be made them more efficient. There must be particular examples of the
benefits that are providing to the employees by their organizations. The means
and ways must be search out by the manager of the organization for
communication their strategies and goals to the employees to attaining the
target goals of the organizations along with its mission and vision.
This study finds that organization
must be incorporated approaches for feedback in its system. This will allows
the organization to utilize the information that can be used for analyzing and
solving the problems of the future. Mangers must solve the issues timely that
are related to the workplace specifically, in the area of the low productivity
and inefficiency of employees. Feedback is considered as the best tool for the
management that can be revealed for the commitment level of the employees and
fulfill their responsibilities.
These are also considered as the
peradventure which allows the organization for playing its basics goals for the
development of the economy. Additionally, the level of employee commitment can
be enhanced by the incentives and the mangers must adopt the incentive
straggles to accommodated and encourage their employees. So, in order to offer
them incentives to the employees, the management must be inconsistent and it
must be according to the merit grounds. The compensation nature must also
commensurate with the process that had been delivered to the employees
effectively.
The factors of the workplace
environment are considered as the antidotes which can be the cause of the
unionization of employees within their environment. In this manner, all of
these recommendations must be followed by the profit and nonprofit organization
of Oman. In this study finds that there is the positives significant
relationship among workplace environment, change in management and employee
commitment.
