 Sainsbury is a major superstore that runs its business operations for more than 100 years .its developers include Mary Ann Sainsbury and James. It is going to sell a different range of products throughout the country and provide products to millions of customers. In Sainsbury, the top management of the organization takes all the decisions and run the centralized human resources policy. This organization provides its investors with a good financial return and also meets the requirements of its customers successfully for many years. This organization also wants to give respect and reward to their employees, and it gives then many benefits against their contribution to the success of the business and also provides all the colleagues to develop their skills proper and good opportunities to obtain more experience. The main aim of this organization is to provide all the necessary products to its customers at fair prices, and the quality of the product is very reasonable according to the demand of the customers. They always focus on the requirements of the product and always try to launch new and innovative products and also give more focus on providing tasty, safe, fresh, and healthy food to all their customers all around the world. More than 150000 colleagues and 19 million customers are the regular part of the organization, and they visit the supermarket every week.

 This supermarket offers different types of products that include household products, grocery and food items. They are selling their own products that manufacture products in their factory but with their own products that also sell the products of different brands that offer in the market and also sell that product at most economical prices as compared to other products. In this case study, we are going to discuss the performance of the organization and also explain that what type of strategies are going to implemented in the organization to make its operations more smooth and active and also explain that how these operations can be more improved by enhancing the performance of the organization more better and accurate direction. The organization has to implement such strategies that can make the operations and functions of the organization more effective and also enhance the performance, and this also encourages the operations to compete with the market among many competitors. They are also performing social responsibilities and business ethics.  Strategies of the organization give more attention to its cultures and cultural differences and also its objectives. Environmental factors give more attention to the strategic planning of the organization. So organization is very effective working and also enhance their scope by expanding their operations and also make a strong and reliable relationship with their customers for the long term.

This supermarket offers a wide range of products  and different grocery and food items of high quality  like bakery, meat, and fish and also offer non-food product which is complementary like petrol stations, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, clothing, and homeware. It is working as the longest major and standing retail chain food in the country. For food and other item shopping, the owner wants to give all the attention to the choice of the customers and also provide them high-quality food and products, giving attention to details, with excellent services and value for money.

Almost 68% of employees are working as part-time employees and remain are working as full-time employees. This organization also provides same working opportunities to the women as 60% of the employees are women, and they are availing the same opportunities and advantages just like male employees. The supermarket of the Sainsbury wants to provide all type of products according to their demand and requirement. Teamwork is also encouraged by the organization, support the individual efforts, and gives them rewards according to their efforts.
