If
we are exporting something from the supplier, then we have to maintain a
positive relation with the supplier in order to get the best possible product
for our customers and we can develop a positive relationship by demanding the
product before time, before t’s shortage in the restaurant, because demanding
the product before time is a reasonable act and it is easy for the supplier as
well to supply the product on time and with high quality, and on the other hand
the supplier positive response will be in this sense if he meets the demands of
the customers and export the product with the best quality on time. This will
develop a positive relation between the supplier and the customer and they both
will be comfortable doing a business with each other. Moreover, the supplier
and customer should have a positive behavior with each other, if they are
friendly, then they can develop a positive relationship with each other.
But
on the other hand there might be a less than positive relation between the
customer and the supplier. Because the customer might panic the supplier by
demanding the product at the end of the time, this will panic the supplier and
he won’t be able to supply the product on time or the product supplied is less
in quality. From the perspective of the supplier, there might be less than a
positive relation in terms that the customer has displace the order on time but
the supplier is not focused and don’t supply the demanded product with the high
quality standard on time and this will be a loss for the customer, because the
manager of the restaurant has to face loss, when their demanded product is not
available for the customers or the customers might be served with poor quality
food and they will be angry or disappointed. And moreover the customer or the
supplier might be rude to each other while communicating. These all things
develop a less than positive relation between the customer and the supplier.
But
we should maintain a positive relation with the supplier and the supplier
should maintain a positive relation with the customer. Ther is commitment of
quality between the supplier and the customer. Moreover mutual cooperation is
important to develop a positive relationship. The suppler and the customer must
utilize the Win- Win opportunities and by mutual understanding, they can meet
the needs of the customer and fulfill the high demands and can make profit.
Moreover the supply of the product should be at time. These are the things that
should be maintain to develop a positive relation between the supplier and the
customer and this will develop a good supplier-customer relation.
