Discussion on Voters Appeal Upon Amendments in Constitution

There is one amendment I would like to see voters appeal is the proposition 8 “The constitutional amendment providing for the creation of the flood infrastructure fund to assist in the financing of drainage, flood mitigation, and flood control projects”. Because flood is a major issue for the Texas City and H.J.R4 has proposed the Constitution of the Texas to develop an infrastructure funding system to generate a fund outside the treasury. The voters should appeal and approve for this amendment because by developing a flood funding infrastructure so that in the case of any emergency the flood funding’s outside the treasury can be used. And these funding’s are useful to develop some flood mitigation strategies and to develop some control projects for the flood and it will also finance the drainage system. So funding’s outside the treasury should be available to develop some effective programs and projects to avoid any risks because natural hazards are one of the problems in any city and if we can overcome this problem then we can easily overcome other problems as well. So managing the natural hazards is most important from a country to be stable in future because mishandling of these kinds of disasters leads in destruction and loss of the country.
