Market Research Plan
There are several things that
will be performed for implementing the research plan efficiently. Before
implementing the implementation program a complete implementation strategy will
be developed which will help the individuals in implementing the market
research plan. The implementation strategy will focus on all those factors that
are necessary for market research plan implementation. The following is the
implementation strategy in detail:
Implementation
strategy of
Woolworth
The Woolworth Corporation
will hire consultants who will perform market research for the organization.
The organization's marketing department will identify the best consultant
available in Australia and then select the best consultant among the list of
consultants. After selecting the consultant the organization will create a
contract with the consultant for conducting the market research. The project
manager & top management of the corporation will evaluate or monitor the
performance of the consultants and will take feedback from them on weekly
basis. This will allow the organization to manage and evaluate its consultants
efficiently. The evaluation of consultants regarding their performance is
necessary to achieve project goals (GOVINDARAJAN, 2007).
