Introduction of
Project management with the manger and without Manger
At the start of the 21
century, the Agile become the hot topic in the project management because
different framework took advantage of a rising hype. There are different ways
of the Agile in project management like;
· Kanban
· Scrum
· Scrumban
Whereas in the project management,
the Kanban methods were formulated a decade ago, and it is also focused on
continuous and change proves of the improvements. Because this method has a
different core of practice. In the project management the Serum is the
perceptive framework, but many believed that it is method that is the iterative
approach which is used the time box intervals plus splits the projects into the
fixed periods. The method of the agile Scrumban takes the Kanban philosophy along
with the practice, which lies on the top of the Scrum (Gonzalez
& al, 2014).
Aim of Project
management with the manger and without Manger
The
aims of the study, first of all, demonstrate how the project management works
with the mangers, how it works without the mangers. And then analyze that which
is impact on the project management with the mangers or without the mangers means
it’s good or bad.
Outcome of
Project management with the manger and without Manger
The
study demonstrates that it has a good impact if the project management can be done
without the manger because, in Agile project management, it does not require
the participation and the presence of the mangers. But the manger is good for
the success which is under the delivery of the traditional projects (Dye & al, 2011).
Therefore the project manger is not obsolete in the Agile work of project management
where the different organization is still using the project for the Agile , and
it particularly has larger and complex ones in the organization.
