Students Major Issues and Its Solutions

Our topic is to address the problem and issues of modern-day students so far. We would reflect our findings in all of the case studies we have done up till now to address these issues, we would also provide a solution to the problems relating to students in their day to day affairs. We have done our practical research on all of these issues.              

Introduction of Students Major Issues and Its Solutions

In this topic, the issues relating to students have been discussed in a comprehensive manner and I have tried my level best to address the maximum issues to the best of my theoretical and practical experiences. These very experiences were shared as I have run through many of the cases until now relating to the serious issues of students' life. I hope my fresh approach would help most of the students in all means. It would benefit future generations as well who are the real futures of humankind. I am proud to be a teacher by profession. A teacher is a person who should be the problem-solver by the end of the day. He should be in a position to guide his students to enjoy a comfortable environment in the presence of their relative teachers in all means. Providing comfort, relief, suitability and ease to the students is of much more importance                             in my research article.I tried to bring different solutions to different issues of our students who are at a very early stage of their lives.

Q No1:  What why should teachers face when teaching?

Answer: The teachers must face their students as face-reading is much essential for a teacher .this is the only prime tool available for a teacher to develop a better understanding of his student's behavior so far. It would help a teacher to interact with his students with all the confidence and self-belief as facing students has no other alternative to it while teaching to a student. Without developing a proper eye-contact you may never build a proper understanding and behavior study of an individual at all.

An individual must be understood better through his facial expressions most of the time. And the facial expressions can never be observed or calculated without having a face to face encounter with that particular individual. In teacher to student relationships, the face to face encounter comes first to develop an interpersonal linking in all means.

Q number 2: Classroom Environments , monitoring students progress?

Answer:

Classroom Environments are of much more significance for the training of students. The environment should be made very soothing and comfortable for students so that they can easily make questions to their teachers. They should also be monitored to its full. Their monitoring should be arranged with continuity as they can lose their attention whenever they are not properly observed or kept an eye on.            

They must be checked strictly as it is the best possible attitude with them to keep them disciplined, regularized and in high-spirits.       

Q number 3: Why do students feel pressured to say yes when a teacher asks if they are okay to do things on their own?    

Answer: students are normally very shy and non-confident by nature. Their smaller age group does not allow them to take challenges in their work/studies. They are mostly very shy about saying”yes”, we can do it. That is not a student’s accent or temperament at all. They are very reluctant to take up tasks for their homes. They tend not to do some homework at all.

That is why a teacher’s role starts here that he must encourage and pamper them to build up self-confidence in them. So that they can look forward to the success in their studies first and then even in their further life they can become successful by the end of the day to the tough training and learning.

Conclusion of Students Major Issues and Its Solutions  

The conclusion of my case study and experiences in teaching is to bring in an energy and confidence level in the students that they can perform very well in their studies.  They are streamlined by their teachers to get focused on their studies. This is the prime responsibility of a teacher to monitor them strictly to keep them disciplined and stick to their studies by all the time.
