Whenever you are going to explain the term
“system thinking,” it could be variate from people to people as it is not fixed
in all types of people. The rules of the system thinking are collection of the
tools and methodology, which attracts the beginners to help in the business
issues. The world in which we are living in the structure which we have to follow
the assigned laws and regulations related to system thinking. System thinking
involves the transformation of the observation into data to recognize the
patterns and events. To deal with the chronic issues, we can expand the choices
to get more satisfaction for a long period. System thinking is generally,
perspectives that needed clarity, curiosity, choice, and courage.
System thinking is used to sort out the issues by thinking the matters are
discussed broadly, which helps to solve the problems. The system thinking makes
us admit that there is no issue which has permanent and complete solution,
there may be negative impact of the system which could minimize the severity of
the problem but not remove it completely. We used this system when there is:
·
The severe issue to discuss.
·
Problems are chronic in an event.
·
Issues are already familiar in history.
·
People are unsuccessful in solving
problems.
It
is an emphasized framework to use the system thinking to resolve the problems
in the group or wherever it is found. It is important to get different perspectives
to check the system thinking.
1.
Describe the system
language and how it differs from another language such as English (refer to
chapter 1 and the article by Michael Goodman: Systems Thinking as a language).
The system thinking is connected with different
languages, which we also learned in our school. In the English language we learn
vocabulary and the verbs, and then we combine the verbs and conjunctions to
make sensible sentences, but in system language we draw diagrams and loops,
which could elaborate the situation of the circumstances. By combining the
different loops there will be a paragraph that describes the complete sense of
the sentences. The major difference in the English language and system language
is of words and loops. There is no fluency in the system thinking, but English
is more fluent language. While conducting a meeting with your peers you can
understand the English language, but you have to keen observation about the system
language. When someone starts the system or think8ing language no one could
translate his perceptions, but his fluency in the communication makes him able
to convey his message to the audience. While using English language you could
make the difference that it could absorb more meaning of the situation. System
thinking language is not only to change the language, but it also helps to
discuss complex issues. These differences make both languages different from
each the languages which could be identified.
2.
Explain how applied systems thinking can be
used to tackle practical, real-world problems?
System thinking is helping people to resolve critical problems with a more
effective way to maintain persistence and effectiveness. The sense of urgency
in the organizations helps to fix the issues, which are insight by the adverse
effects. It is not considered unusual for the public to overcome the problems. The
more organizations are converting the responsibility of top management to
resolve the problems by their intelligence and thinking. It also helps to build
strong communication relationships at functional boundaries to meet the new
challenges. When we used system thinking language, it illuminates the patterns
of the working style.
System thinking also includes the feedback or response of the users,
which shows that how they act, communicate and think about certain issues. The
long term and short term dimension in the speech about different kind of conversation
may in results which improve the capability of decision making and the
performance of the organization. The applied thinking is acceptance that
examines the contribution to appreciate the effects of the components of the
system. The principles of system thinking used to tackle the world by offering
to solve the problems related to their organization (M. Goodman, 1995).
