I am highly motivated to have specialization in the field of culinary. I value the practical skills and environment of your institute and I consider it an honour to be an exchange student or a scholarship student. I am keen to learn about national and international food. I am interested to get expertise in other countries cuisines, eating etiquette, cooking traditions, and much more.

Finally, the chance given at your institute would be a great step forward toward my dreams. Besides getting immediate knowledge this opportunity will also provide me with valuable experience.
