We
have a healthcare center and under my post I have a large number of team
members that are supported and follow by instructions. My responsibilities as a
leadership is very important and I have to concern with the team members
related to my behavior:
My
settings: as a leader, I provide a complete guide line related to heath care
sector that how my team members are going to start their work and what are the
targets we have to follow up because we have many issue related to healthcare
and time must be required to solve these issues. So my team member has to
become a good listener and listen all the instructions that I will give them in
regard of health care.
My
actions: we consider all the challenges that we have to face in health care
sector and all those issues that are difficult to resolve. Proper mission
statement must be prepared and by team members must follow all the instructions
given by me to obtain that mission related to our field and the most important
is that the team members have to share their own ideas and perspectives that
also show their mentality and their approach. Furthermore, we have to learn
many other examples and also study what problems are going to face my early
teams and what precautionary measurements we have to take to accomplish our
task.
Effective
of my intervention: proper learning techniques are provided to all team members
so that learn how to handle all the problems in this field and what are best
solutions we have to selected because every person has different approach of
thinking and they must be very interested to learn new knowledge and enhance
their experience with advance techniques so it going to be useful for their
practical life.
Lessons
learned: after studying the working of previous teams we concern that what are
the flaws that are going to presented by the previous team, and I also follow
my experience so the team member get proper guidance related to previous and
current experience. As a good audience my team listen and understand my
experience which I share and capture the difference of mind and they argue with
solid reasons so that as a leader, I also listen their thoughts and understand
their experience and proper discussion must be taken to get better solutions.
Next
step: after listening all the discussion, all the members give their own
feedback and that support my opinions as I also get new and innovative ideas
from my team members and we can set a better plan to resolve our issue related
to our field. Feed back is very important in every discussion and this will
give more ideas to handle the problems and also give more options to bear the problem
because one person experience is not enough to handle any matter . A complete
team will effectively deal all the matters related to any issue.
