believe that effective time management will able to boost my productivity,
which means that I would able to complete more work within less time, even if I

The importance of teamwork in achieving my learning is quite obvious.
With teamwork, I would able to get further knowledge from other team members
that I might unable to get it by working alone. In addition to this, I have
notified that teamwork could deliver a better result rather than if I have to
complete a task by myself. Effective teamwork will involve sharing all the
burdens and responsibilities together, and also able to respect and accept
ideas, opinions, and suggestions of other team members (Denicolo

Future
Job
My Future Job (Transferable Skills)
The future job that I have always
desired is to become a Human Resource Manager. Being a part of Human Resource
Management is something that I have always dreamed of. My big interest in this
field is due to I have acknowledged that Human Resource Management has been
considered as the foundation for the companies. No matter which type of
industry that a company working in, Human Resource Management acts as the
foundation. The reason is that Human Resource Management has a big
responsibility in choosing the proper employees for job designations. In
addition to this, Human Resource Management also performs as the bridge between
the employees and employers. The employees typically speak out and discuss what
they need and feel for their job with the Human Resource Professionals. Then the Human Resource Professionals will do
what they can to mediate between the requirements from the company along with
the requirements of the employees.
Besides those things mentioned
above, I also have the interest to become a Human Resource Manager since I always
have interested in learning psychology around human behaviors. In order to
become a professional in Human Resource Management, I will have to learn some
psychology so that I could locate the right person in the right place. I will
also learn how to understand both verbal and non-verbal communication presented
by the applicants during the interview section (Mathis, Jackson, Valentine, &
Meglich, 2016). Hence, I
believe that this would benefit not only my professional life, but also my
personal life as well, since I would able to figure out if a person being
honest with me or not, if a person is having some different motives on me or
not, and so on. In simple words, being a Human Resource Manager will be a pride
profession for me to do in the future. For this reason, I really hope that my
transferable skills will support me to get the job and perform well in this
job.
The Job Skills that I want to improve to build my Future Job
In order to build my future job as a
Human Resource Manager, I realize that there are some jobs skills that I need
to improve. Some of these skills are included in my transferable skills, while
some others I have to learn to get them. The reason is due to the professionals
in Human Resource Management have some specific skills that make them be
different than other types of professions. Some of the job skills that I want
and need to improve to build up my future job as a Human Resource Manager are
as mentioned below (Vassallo, 2015).
·
Communication
I have acknowledged that communication is the main important foundation
in any type of workplace. In addition to this, it is also highly important to
be acquired by the Human Resources professional as well. For example, if a
Human Resource Manager would be unable to perform well-communication to the
executives, the managers, the employees, and also the shareholders, then it is
a big chance that the company will not able to achieve its success.
·
Time Management
Time management is also an important skill to be acquired by Human
Resource professionals. A good Human Resource Manager should be able to make the
proper schedule and manage some required training to be provided to the
employees. Moreover, a Human Resource manager also must able to manage the time
properly so that he or she would able to provide an accurate prediction on when
to deliver the result to the company.
·
Organization
The organization is also included as one of the most essential skills for
the Human Resource professional to acquire. In fact, every single person who
works in Human Resource Management should be well-organized, should be
personally efficient, and have strong time management, so that they could be
successful in their job. This simply means that they should fill all the
paperwork correctly, especially regarding the employees’ personal documents.
·
Problem Solving and Conflict Management
Problem-solving and conflict management are two things unable to be
separated. This means that, as a Human Resource Manager, I might have to solve
some difficult problems or else, manage the conflicts that appear among the
employees. In fact, I believe that the most effective Human Resource Manager
will have the capability to make sure that all of the employees work along
together within a social manner so that the works would be completed with
high-quality on time.
