        The roof of the house or any building can be considered as the most important part. Not only the roof provides shelter from weather and external environment, but it also provides support to the whole structure. The roofs need maintenance because with the passage of time the roof can get damaged due to bad weather conditions or natural aging. As I worked in the roofing industry, I know the importance of roof inspection and its maintenance. I have seen many individuals who are experts in roof maintenance and transform the roof like never before. I know an individual who has only 1 arm, but his disability never becomes a hurdle in its career.

        I met an individual a few years ago who was disabled and had only one arm. For me, it is quite surprising to see a man who has only one arm and working in the industry in which sometimes 2 arms feel less for performing the work. Roofing is not as easy as it seems and the professional roofer has to perform different tasks while constructing and installing the roof tiles. This guy not only performs various roofing tasks efficiently with one hand but has also outperformed various other roofing professionals. This South American individual was older than the other professional roofers, but in terms of skills and abilities this individual was way better than the rest of the younger roofers

        After meeting this South American roofer, I got quite inspired by its strong determination and courage. I have never seemed this guy worried because he has only 1 arm. Whenever I see him on the roof, I saw him happy and working with full commitment. It makes me realize that any issue in life can be resolved if one determines to resolve it with full passion. This guy has become my inspiration and allows me to work harder with every coming day.

        If an older guy with one arm can outperform a young individual, than any individual who facing some sort of issue in life, can resolve it. The thing that is important is strong determination and passion. I met this guy and asked him few questions to know what he thinks about the roofing industry and what issues he faces in daily work routine. The South American roofer explains that his disability never becomes an issue for him because the overall physic is strong, and he takes special care of his health. He said that he always wanted to work in the construction industry and it was his dream to be a roofer. He said that when he is at work, no other things matter for him, and he put all its attention to its work. He said that sometimes it becomes a bit difficult to manage work because he has to work on more than one roof. The South American roofer said that roofing industry has huge significance not only for the construction industry but also safety perspective. The South American roofer actions have demonstrated the importance of the roofer industry.
