change leadership. Total score gained in the present assessment is about 61.
Task 3: Interpreting Your Total Change
Leadership Score
Using
the following key, the results can be interpreted for the total change
leadership score:
60 – 75: Great – You are a dynamo for leading change.
45 – 60: Good – You are a positive change leader.
30 – 45: Adequate – You have a typical attitude toward
change.
15 – 30: Poor – You may be dragging down change efforts.
In the present analysis, my score was 61 that represent I am
dynamo for the leading change.
Task 4: Reflect on How to Develop as a Leader
When comparing my
score, the lowest score was in question is related to valuing the signal of
improvement, supporting the change efforts, and politics of change that develop
agreement. I planned to improve my skills in leadership. From now on, I will
appreciate the efforts of change in the workplace and I will contribute in
changing the environment of workplace. The change efforts will be supported and
there will be no politics in the workplace.
