we have not taking the responsibility for our happiness. We always consider
that happiness came from outside but in real true happiness come from inside.
True happiness have link with the true being of our personality. When we are
going to loss someone then the broken heart is natural but we also destroy our
happiness and peace with that person and destroy them after going back to that
person. When we put our happiness with something then for happiness we are
going to depend on that thing. In the film, the direct also show that many
people have different source of happiness and their life is full of happiness
as their demand for material elements are very low and they didn’t rely on any
person for their happiness. So when we are going to attach our happiness with
some other person than the control of our happiness is gone and we are
completely depend on other for our own happiness. And for this we have to take
all the source of happiness in our hands and only depend on our personal
resources to become happy or spend a happy life because happiness is the name
of internal relaxation and peace of mind. (Mckown, 2018)
What
factors of happiness are within one’s control? Why is it helpful to know these
factors and how can this being used to one’s advantage to live well?
Ans.
happiness depends on many factors. Some factors can be easily controllable and
some are out of control. Everyone has complete right to live happy and spend
their life with full of happiness. But there are still many people who are
going to face lack of happiness in their life. These factors bring many
positive experiences related to happiness and interactions. Human happiness
study show that following factors bring the happiness of different degree and
give some sort of happiness and satisfaction to human being. These factors are
health; there is a direct relationship between health and happiness as
happiness make the people healthy and they get more happiness when they keep
their health maintain. Genetic factors: it is genetically proven that some
people born with the set level of happiness and having inborn emotional traits.
Work life: people who have good job and working opportunities that become mush
happy as compare to those who are unemployed. Ethnicity, age and gender also
influence the happiness of one person and with this social income and status
also consider important to determine the happiness. Money is also bring
happiness but not in every elopement of life. But to some extent money provide
all opportunities that bring happiness in the life. (V, 2019)
Based
the film and your study of positive psychology how might you be able to make
some adjustment to your own life that would make you happier?
Ans. Research on psychology suggests that we have
the set point of happiness and this will depend on the overall well being.
There are many adjustments that will help you to bring happiness in your life
and these adjustments can be happen with proper attention and willingness to
become happy person. Simple try is compulsory because happiness never come by
itself. We have to do some efforts to get happiness. Make the number one goal
is to become happy. Because people who want to live happy make the happiness to
their goals at the top and then they select their happiness. Live with your
positive moments and get happiness from those moments because many positive
elements bring happiness in our life.
Select that source that provides complete mind relaxation because
happiness is simply belonging to the peace of mind of people. Keep our own way
to smile and live happy because every person has its own life so we should not
follow the other person to get happiness and live their life top their own way
to become happy person. Practice must be maintain to get the most happiest life
style because there are many actions that bring happiness in our life and that
will change the mind of person. (Gregoire, 2013)
