The importance of maintain the balance among the strategy triangle points are that, the successful firms which is overriding the strategy of business that also derives the information strategy (IS) and the organizational strategy. Regarding to the organizational structure, hiring practice and the component of the organizational is created the different decisions like the hardware and information strategy components. It is also important because the IS strategy could also effect through the variations of the firm business with the organizational strategies. The IS strategy also involves the consequences which is intended in the business. Whereas the organizational strategy does not support the information strategy policy (Pearlson, 2019).

The value chain analysis for the primary and support activities emphasized on the real needs for the company where the business assist the sale like the copiers, air conditioners and the larger services activity set of the company which performs the little follow up actions.
