In current days, the distributed Agile teams working combines to dominate the trend of offshoring and outsourcing program with the development of the networks. Companies applied more and more agile methodologies to make software for offshoring hiring of the programmers. It’s not wondering furthermore that distributed agile team is exist in today’s working of information technologies. Agile is not just a software to develop a program it’s about the difference between agile methodologies and agile working adopted by different organizations according to the size of their business. The agile distributed team requires to understand the process of the business to implement the strategies. The adoption of this program helps to get the maximum privileges from the business which could be increased by expanding the project. Agile distribution team is designed to manage the program to facilitate the agile framework such as daxx and scrum which is used to collaborate with the organizing the work which is challenging but to deal with distribution agile team is more difficult as it relates with following challenges:

Poor time utilization of hours: the challenges regarding time are utilizing the time in creating difference in the work, lack of attention and wasting of the time is poor utilization of the time which is faced by the distribution agile program. Lack of team participation: the major challenge faced by the distributed team agile is to manage the differences between the discussions about various software program. The main cause of this is may be language and culture barriers.

The distributed team agile face challenges but also possessed benefits regarding the implementation of the distributed team as it is used to maximize the output of the business entity but to get these benefits company should be well-aware about the implementation of the network to learn about that how to implement it correctly.
