The
conflict in the organization can be referred to as the contest and struggle
among the people along with opposing requirements, values, beliefs, goals, and ideas. Among the team, conflicts are considered
as predictable. Therefore, the conflict’s result cannot be easily determined. Conflicts
can lead towards the results, which are non-predictive, and they can escalate
as well. The conflict may be bifacial for resolving the issues of employees and
enhancing their satisfaction levels in different innovative ways. Conflict
management is recognized as the acquisition of skills for solving conflicts that
occur in the organization (Rahim).
The
skills of conflict management include communication skills related to the conflicts,
a structure for managing the conflicts of the organization in good manners, and
self-awareness about the modes of conflicts. The individual can respond to these
conflicts in various manners. But the study is conducted to evaluate the facts regarding
how conflicts and negotiations are affecting the performance of the
organization. There is a wide range of service sectors in Oman that can be chosen for this
study, but most of the problems related to the conflict management and negotiation
strategies are occurring in Haya water (Ang).
The dynamic rebrand has
been chosen by the group for optimizing the unmistakable drive and energy of
Sultanates. In developing supporting local SMEs and Omani talent, the Haya
water of Oman plays a vital role, and it has aimed for the growth of local water
resources which are related to the guarantee of sustainability and skillset of
the Sultanate of Oman (D. M. Baawain).

strategies for handling the conflicts. A lot of interest can have various
lawsuits under the act of courts. Secondly, the legislation of the Haya water
has been increased in the last few years; specifically, in accordance with the
security point of safety and health. Employment Harassment and discrimination are
also one of the major issues that are occurring in the Haya water of Oman (Baker and al)
For
enhancing the performance of work at the Haya water, there is discrimination of
the interest that can be major barriers to the improvements of the
organization. The performance of the organization of the Haya water of Oman is
going to be down, and it has been taken a comparative nosedive sequence just because
of the frequent organizational conflict. The performance of the organization is
also eventually affected by the interests that have been led to down. The
performance of the service sectors is affected by the frequent distress and anxiety

There
are a few of the key indicators that are usually used to measure profit margins
and sales return on investments. They have been reduced due to poor conflict management.
By using effective means of conflict management, the performance of the
organization can be enhanced. The major problem of Haya water of Oman is
concerned with the weak management of conflicts that occur in the company of Haya
water.

The
context of the problem is necessary while there must be an identification of
the problems of any sectors. After all, the context an essential way to explain
and define the problems in effective manners. For instance, in relation to the
negotiation skills, there are several studies that are carried out on the topic
of conflict management and all of these studies argue that negotiation is
referred to as an important skill for all levels of the Haya water of Oman. For
improving negotiation skills, it needs a lot of training to make sure that all
issues are resolved.
The

major issue arises in the Haya Water just because of the miscommunication among
contractors, builders, and developers. Haya Water is facing issues related to delays
in the completion of different projects. In 2015, the Haya water was awarded by
projects of the AI Khuwair area for Balance Works North and South. The
completion deadline of this project was in 2017, but it could not be completed,
and it is still not completed. Ranges and evaluations seem to decrease due to

It can be beneficial for managers of the organization. It will also contribute to
the methods and knowledge of conflict management along with its personal domain.
It also includes their influence on job satisfaction for enhancing the
efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Following things can be
better by this study:
The
skills of individuals can be developed by this study. This study also
contributes to increasing the knowledge that can be utilized in managing the conflicts
in good manners. This study contributes to developing managerial skills in the
organization that is required to improve the relationships among seniors and
juniors. The skills are developed by this study to resolve disputes and
conflicts between the groups and individuals (Lanfranchi and al)
This
study contributes to the benefits of employees of Haya water around the globe because
by concerning this study, the employees will be able to understand the significance
of conflict management along with its influence on the team under work. This study
will assist them in encouraging and helping them in ignoring the perceived
conflicts (Iman M. Al-Toubi).
The
study contributes to the benefits of the general public by expanding their
knowledge of significance for managing the conflicts in daily routine. The study
contributes to the management of Haya water because if the conflicts in the
organization are not resolved effectively, it can be lead towards fewer
profits, lower sales, and poor customers.
