The
major purpose of this study is to determine the impact of conflict and negotiations
on the Haya water by measuring the effects of conflict management in the performance
of Haya water of Oman. The aim of this study is to evaluate conflicts as a whole
in the Haya water organization. Few of the sub-objectives of the study are
given below;
· To develop the level by which the
intervention of the third party, which can act as the strategy of conflict management
affecting the performance of Haya water of Oman.
· To establish the level by which the
negotiation as the strategy of conflict management can impact the performance
of Haya water.
· To ascertain the context by which
communication as the strategy of conflict management can impact the performance

· To portray the synopsis of conflict
management in the service sector in the Sultanate of Oman.
· To explain the concepts and styles of conflict

that are already followed by all these companies.
