In order to maintain the wellness of the health each aspects of the human life considered as most important as social, emotional and physical activities of the person includes in this. Each aspects of the routine life are necessary to maintain the health and its well ness. Each point of the person routine will work with the accordance to achieving the overall health along with each part of the needs of your attention. It also includes the attentions of the care to performing the best performance.  The personal health of the individuals is contemporarily depends upon the assisted passive and active observation of the once. It also includes observation of the health in everyday livings of the man. By using all of these observations the person can get information about to taking the decision and actions to making for to the human beings. There are major 5 aspects which are usually includes in the health of the person theses are Physical, Social and emotional (Bergier, 2012).     

Physical factors for health

The person who is physically healthy he always tried to be keeping active. He cannot tire from the problems of his routine and daily life. He cannot sick easily for the various circumstances and felt energetic to perform any task. The physical health commonly refers to the condition of the body in which the body can react against the dieses by itself. The person must be need to take care of the body for maintain the good physical heal of the being. The person must be eating the nutritious food, take a well sleep and exercise for maintaining their health. The physical factors of the health include as the dietary plans, choices for exercise, weight management and environmental factors. I always focus on  various activates to maintain my physical health and I am to curious about my physical because high level of cholesterols and high weigh gaining is my inherited problems so, I always take care of my health to make me active and healthy and m so conscious about my weight gain and obesity health. I eat healthy food and proper diet and the excrersise is the part of my good routine. I will take exercise two times in day and well seep to making me fit and healthy (Cohen, 2011).

Emotional Aspect of health

According the various researches on the health the quality of the health of the person can be indicated by the emotions of the persons. It can easily explain what the person feeling for him; situations and the emotions of the other person for determine the emotional health.  The person’s way of handling the problems and defeat successfully can be referred by the terms of the emotional health. It is also referred as to managing the problems related to the stress in the health of the everyday it also includes the management of his activities as, work, study and routine work. The person who is emotionally healthy he always had control on his thoughts, behaviors and feelings. He thinks positive about himself and keening to create the positive relationship with the others. The stress management is best technique to manage the emotional aspects of health. The stress management is also used to modifying their appraisal of the situation of the stressful. It is also used deal more effectively for the symptoms of the stress. There are the variety of them techniques which are commonly used for the stress management. It includes biofeedback, muscle relaxation, cognitive-behavioral skills, meditation and the combinations of all of these techniques (Carayon, 2016). But one of these techniques can be commonly sued for managing the stress and that are the cognitive behavioral skills, muscle relaxation and it also includes two more technologies.

Social Aspects of health

The social health provides the effective ways to person to performing his role in society in to various characters as brother, sister, daughter, son, citizen and even neighbor. It also includes the abilities of the person to maintain his relationships in society and performing responsibilities being good roles. The socially healthy person is always keening to perform his duty in the society in effective manners. He considered that the respect and love is the one of the most important factors of the social health.   In other terms it can said the socially healthy person always respect the relationship and he can easily build the relationships and keeps them. He always dislikes the quarrels with the others. He has good bearance powers and he is considerate with others.  The socially healthy person is also involve in cooperating with other whenever somebody needs the help to perform the task.

Ways to maintain good health

·         Declare your beliefs, opinions and feelings rather than to be aggressive and defensive or passive for anything.
