The
design of the research study is explained as a type of study. There are various
types of studies as semi-experimental, correlation, descriptive, experimental,
review, and meta-analytic. The descriptive design of the study is used
in this study because it is a good design for describing the methods and values
of the studies. In the context of the role played by all the mangers in
identifying conflict cases and errors, the qualitative research method will be
applied (Creswell).
The
reason behind this is because the qualitative research method will provide a proper
analysis of this research topic. The qualitative research design is used in this
study because it has less time to analyze the data. The method of secondary and
primary data will be implemented in this study, in which primary information
would be gathered through the questionnaire approach. On the other hand, the
secondary data collection will use the data gathered from reliable sources such
as books and journal articles, etc.

Both
types of secondary and primary data will be used in conducting this research
study. The secondary data refers to the data which is existing previously for other
projects, and this data can be derived from various pools and official websites
for measuring the numbers of the country which is referred to as the time
series data as well. The pre-existing data is referred to as the secondary
data. The primary data is collected by the survey interviews and observation.
There are two research methods that are used in the primary data.
This
study will be conducted using the research method, which is qualitative. The
qualitative research leads towards the theories and concepts that are used in
the research study and observations of several researchers are also included in
the qualitative research methods. There are several data gathering techniques
under qualitative research methods. The most important and common ways of data
gathering techniques are focus group discussions, observational methods,
interviews, and document analysis.

This
research will use interviews and document analysis methods to collect data in
the primary data that needed to conclude the research. In the interview method,
few of the questions will be provided to the respondents who belong to an
organization to answer and collect the data from them. In addition to this, the
secondary data collection will gather all the data that is needed for the next
analysis process from reliable sources such as books or journal articles which
explain conflict management in identifying fraud cases and errors in Haya water
of Oman (Creswell).

According
to the document analysis technique of the data collection, the data is
collected by observing and reviewing various research studies of several authors
that are conducted on similar topics. In the techniques of the analysis of the
documents, the data collected from the existing sources such as articles in
newspapers, government reports, medical records personal documents, and books.
The views and reviews of various authors and researchers are also presented in the
literature review of the study that is the most important part of the qualitative
research method and design.
For collecting the data by using the interview
methods, few questions will be asked from the employees of evaluation sectors related
to conflicts and negotiation strategies in the organization. The theories of various
researchers that are present in the literature review are good sources of
qualitative research methods and discuss the views and points for the
association of conflict management and negotiation strategies along with the performance
of the Haya water.

Strategies in Selected Service provider Companies in Oman; Case study of Haya
water in Oman
Data
analysis is a simple procedure for identifying the qualitative data for the
explanation of a particular phenomenon. In the qualitative research method,
data will be analyzed for; organizing the data, interpreting the data,
identification of the pattern, and the data field’s ties to the research
objectives for the formation of the verifiable and informed conclusions. To
analyze the qualitative data, it is considered as a very tough and confusing
job because of its unstructured nature. Though the data can be analyzed in any
form by using the right methodology and good techniques of the data analysis.
To know about the validation of the research is the most important point in any
research study because if the data is valid, then it is quite easy to analyze
this data. In this study, the qualitative data will be analyzed by using a few
steps as;
· All data will transcribe
· Data will be organized
· Coding the data
· Data validation
· Concluding the data analysis.
