§  The requirement analysis phase: In this phase, the technical and the business requirements for the project are well-defined.

§  The design phase: the technical deliverables are designed.

§  The development phase: The technical solution is developed as well as tested.

§  The implementation phase: the technical deliverables are deployed and provided the support.
