Once it is allowed to make the change, the scope of the project is updated. In the new scope the resources section contains the details related to the newly hired skilled and the efficient personnel. A copy for the new scope of the project will be provided to the CEO, the higher authorities, the management team and the client. It is so because the consent of all the parties involved in the project is mandatory.
