The personal
development plan is the plan that each individual set for himself to achieve
personal or career goals through listing your own aims and objectives while
working on developing your skills and creating opportunities by knowledge and
learning, for both short- and long-term achievements.
On the
personal perspective I am very aware of the importance of planning and
self-improvements and developments, in order to achieve my dreams I have to
manage my performance along with improving my skills and also try to take the
best chances out there to beneficial my goals, not to forget managing how to
solve problems or how to avoid them with least lost (Beausaert, Segers, Fouarge,
& Gijselaers, 2013).

from my work to employers for free

Furthermore,
this whole experience and old experiences I have been through made me realize
and understand myself more, I learnt to be more aware of knowing myself better,
exploring my true aims, interests and goals also being more conscious about my
passion and what vision I am setting for my career, I addition on focusing on
what I want to achieve and how to succeed through this journey.
Strong
solid well managed base is the reason of
any successful plan, as well as planning for your own development and your life
goals in all fields and aspects must be relying on a well-managed plan that
focuses on self-improvements , beneficial and progressing your strengths,
knowing your weakness and try to improve and fix them, adding on that be more
open and challenging and take risks , capture opportunities that come across
and be open to new knowledge and new things that can progress you , not to forget
to address your specific future goals, work harder, be a self-motivator be
confident in yourself because only you
who can make the difference on you to raise and succeed .
