communication is way of communication that is used to promote the organization,
services, and products and it is aligned with the objectives of organization of
making sales. The business communication considers improved methods to convey
the message of business by using various channels of communication including
internet, social media and advertisement (Markovic & Salamzadeh, 2018). In the present

literacy skills. The research shows the significance of communication skills in
