In
his book convey mentioned about seven habits that must be modified in the
personality and to live an independent life (Blog. hubspot. com, 2018). These seven habits
are listed below,

all the first things first
2. Think
win win
3. Synergize
4. Be
proactive
5. Seek
and learn new methods to understand and then be understood
6. Begin
with the end in the mind
7. Sharpen the saw
The
three private victory habits that I find the most difficult is listed below
Habit
1: being proactive that means to separate the things from one kind of kingdom
and have the ability to consciously remove the faulty actions.
Habit
2: dependence on others to find what I want. I may be consciously and
intellectually depending on other validation for me and affirmation of others.
Habit
3: identification of habits and important deadlines. I face issues when dealing
with deadlines and crises (Thepsychologist. bps. org. uk, 2018).
Covey
recommended suitable alternatives for me, in his book he mentioned that success
depends on personality traits and one be independent for doing work and from
other affirmation of his personality. I found that I must improve my
personality related to the solutions and to find the appropriate method to
overcome my issues (Thepsychologist. bps. org. uk, 2018).
Habit
1 is about being a proactive person. Convey books provide valuable suggestions
for being a proactive person. The proactive person is a mixture of
problem-solving personality and hustle. I have categorized eight key points to
transform my personality as being proactive and these eight key points include
be accountable, be consistent, find the right people, its all about me, focus
on finding solutions, use SMART goals, and make my own luck by my own actions.
In my personal life, I will prefer to develop these personality traits in my
own self.
habit
2 is about being depending on others. I can improve my dependent personality by
taking initiatives. I have designed an action plan to improve my personality
and this action plan includes greeting everyone on the workplace and real life
with a smile, develop good manners, keep my promises with others, offering
helping hands for those who need it, and to continue all the doings without
hesitating.
Habit
3 is about reaching or completing the work before the deadline. I searched and
then selected different essential tips for meeting deadlines and these
processes include keeping a list of deadlines and projects, working with
cushion, blocking off adequate time, and breakdown the project in parts. In my
job, I have implemented the strategy of breaking the project in parts and it
was an effective strategy.
Success principles 1- 35
There
are several success principles devised by Covey. The three principles of
success are mentioned below these principles will enable me to attain success
that I dream (Elitedaily. com, 2013).
1. Participation
is often referred to as the foundation of success. I will consider different
chances to participate in available opportunities.
2. I will prefer to use the power of dreams and
my imagination power. The goals will manifest my learning abilities as it works
under the law of attraction.
3.
Moving in the right direction after having a
consultation with my peers and mentors will enable me to achieve goals (Thepsychologist. bps. org. uk, 2018).
The
law of attraction states that whatever we focus in our life attracts our life.
The special consideration is required for the attention and energy conditions.
The focus of life was about good and positive things. The automatic attraction
is related to positive things and good processes in life (Thepsychologist. bps. org. uk, 2018).
Smart
goals can be mentioned to accomplish their goals. SMART goals are used to
clarify the ideas, resource productivity, the focus of efforts and
clarification of the ideas. SMART goals are reachable and clear. The SMART goal
has an extra focus on the specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time
bound conditions. I will improve my
learning abilities to turn as a proactive person (Yourcoach. be, 2018).

goal strategy is specific for the clarification, goals, and objectives. The

of professional actions. The stabilizing process and improving strategies are
required to be considered to improve personality traits. The improvement in the
personality is especially required to correct the performance, development of
skills, and weakness. The self-evaluation process enables the learner to
explore improved areas for professional work (Thepsychologist. bps. org. uk, 2018).
Personality
disorder and problematic patterns are required to be improved by different
strategies. The development of effective
treatment processes and personality provides guidance to the health services
and to improve the treatment methods (Thepsychologist. bps. org. uk, 2018). The psychological
interventions are required to contribute to the problem-solving process. The
social and individual methods provide abundant evidence related to the problem
solving deflects and distress (The psychologist. bps. org. the UK, 2018).
I
have investigated by personality issues by finding differences from
individuals, different stages, and perceptual consideration for the solution of
problems. The physical conditions also show quantitative and qualitative
differences in normal personality (The psychologist. bps. org. uk, 2018). The easy method to
solve the chronic maladaptive patterns of behavior has an implication of
disorder. The dimensional assessment for the personality pathology and the
basic questionnaire (DAPP-BQ) is the revolutionary assessment methods to find
consistent personality disorder (The psychologist. bps. org. uk, 2018).
Recommendation to solve issues
1. Avoid
discussion and conflicts with others.
2. Reframe
the situation and implement the unprofessional behavior
3. Use
cooperative communication and have a focus on personal strengths
4. Try
to not respond immediately to others
