Cloud computing is a technology that enables
people to use, edit, share, publish different types of data through the
internet. All the information is basically stored in a cloud hence; there is no
need of any physical presence. It is a
cost effective way that is being used by numerous businesses now a days since
it replaces the heavy in house IT infrastructure of companies. In this paper we
are going to study the effectiveness of using cloud computing for product
service and factory function purposes. Our goal is to figure out whether
entrepreneurs are satisfied with cloud computing in terms of its efficiency and
quality of results among other factors or not.

INTRODUCTION
of Sharing the Product Service and Factory Function Via Cloud Computing.
Cloud computing is making the use of internet
in an advanced way. Improved internet facilities over the years has enhanced
the use of cloud computing. There are two types of clouds namely, private and
public cloud. The public cloud sells the services publicly and example of this
can be Amazon Web services whereas a private cloud is one that only gives
services to some limited people. The goal however of both these types is to
make life easier for people by giving them opportunity to access information in
the fastest and easiest way.
There are three common categories of services
that are provided by cloud computing. The first is IaaS that stands for
infrastructure as a service. The second is PaaS that is platform as a service
and lastly there is SaaS that is known as software as a service. In case of
SaaS there is a third party involved that basically makes the applications available
to customers through internet. In the case of PaaS the third party hosts the
development and tools of applications in order to provide them to customers.
Finally, IaaS is where the third part is responsible for hosting computer
resources like storage, server etc and then it is available for use for the
customers.
Cloud computing is usually said to have
allowed the entrepreneurs do achieve more with less. The ease with which cloud
computing is accessed by entrepreneurs anywhere anytime has made it really popular.
There are a number of advantages that have increased the use of cloud computing
by entrepreneurs. Some of the benefits are that it reduces costs, it can be
easily used, it’s flexible enough for changes and it is the best way to
automate the business. With pros there are always cons we are going to see if
for entrepreneurs these cons play a huge role or not.
BACKGROUND of Cloud Computing.
Cloud computing has been the topic of
interest since many years now so several studies have been conducted on it. The
development of industry 4.0 is due to emergence of new concept of smart factory
and traditional manufacturing system. In the traditional manufacturing system,
incorporation of current smart system of cloud computing provides large range
of transition concept and theory of smart factory is converted to practical
concept. The framework to analyze the previously existing research features is
modified from previous researches.
Many technologies are introduced to convert
the traditional manufacturing system into the smart factory system and these
technologies includes Internet of Things (IoT), Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS),
Cloud Computing, Big Data, Internet of Services (IoS), Semantic Web, and
virtualization. The smart technology in the business improves quality,
transparency, performance and work of the factory system.
The classification of the existing system is
based on the implementation of new technology. In the industrial revolution
reshaping of the industry is due to information technology, automation, and
communication system. The innovation in the industry empowers company to
develop unique competitive advantages. The national industrial sector is
competitive at the global market. Implementation of the new technology provides
competitive advantage to increase responsiveness, utilization, efficiency, and
cloud computing.

PROBLEM
STATEMENT of Sharing the Product Service and Factory Function Via Cloud
Computing.Usually the entrepreneurs want to use cloud
computing because it brings many benefits however, it can be challenging for
them. This is because it is considered difficult to bring changes in the
workplace especially if the workers are not willing to cooperate. There can be
a number of reasons to why the workers are not cooperative enough. It can
either be issues with the workers or poor way of communicating change by the
management. In case the management does not prepares the staff carefully about
the change that is going to come then the workers are most likely going to
support the management.
METHODOLOGY AND MODEL DEVELOPMENT of Cloud Computing.
Research we had two options when it came to
research either we could use the primary sources or we could use the secondary
data. We made use of both the types the secondary data was used since we looked
at a number of research papers that were written before related to our topic.
We also used several researches done before on this topic. Furthermore, we also
looked at the primary data. We made use of interviews and surveys.
The interviews were done face to face. This
helped us to clearly ask questions from several entrepreneurs. The surveys were
taken online. The purpose of this was to reach those people who we could not
take interviews from. This method made it possible for us to gather sufficient
amount of information about the current market view about the cloud computing.
The survey had 15 questions some of them
required a simple yes or no answer and the others ones required to be answered
following the scale that was from satisfactory to not satisfactory.
A total of 100 respondents filled the survey
we included both the respondents form the large scale and the small scale
business as well.

RESULTS
of Sharing the Product Service and Factory Function Via Cloud Computing.
The results showed that the acceptability of
cloud computer depended on the size of the firm. In case of large firms the
change was brought every time with great care so the workers were more willing
to cooperate whereas in the case of smaller firms this was not true. Generally,
we found out that the smaller firms found it way more challenging than the
larger firms. Several underlying reasons were found.
Firstly, workers were not motivated to accept
this change since they thought that it could have some effect on their jobs. This
insecurity rose because of the fact that mostly workers and it difficult to
adapt to changes especially if they feel uncertain how things are going to be
in the future.
Furthermore, a number of other issues were
discovered. Some entrepreneurs eared that the use of cloud computing means that
they are entirely dependent on the internet that means that if in any
unfortunate event they are disconnected from the internet then they also won’t
have any access to their data. Moreover, businesses that have sensitive data
fear putting it up on the internet. Even though the data is most likely to be
safe however, there is always a risk involved.
The providers of cloud computing have always
said that they provide with the most safe security system however, it is always
subject to hackers that may get access to sensitive data and they can use it
for unfair purposes. In addition to this another issue is the cost. Even though
cloud computing is not that expensive if we compare it to the big costly IT
infrastructure but in case the business gets hold of any application that does
not has all the features that the business requires then it gets really
difficult as the business will have to but some more features that can be quite
costly.
Big data structure is used for the raw data
storage at multiple disparate formats. The traditional databases are mostly
stored in the unstructured data and the structured data. The use of internet
and social network has used large amount of system.
The IBM
marketing cloud, the data previously existing for the industry development
enhanced the repository offers and the substantial potential for the data
storage. The big data repository offers improves the potential storage of the
information and the value chain of the manufacturing system.
The root causes of the failure and the
potential data driving marketing are highly based on the buying habits. The
implementation of big data in the industry creates challenges for the data
transformation, modeling, data integration, and the cloud manufacturing
process. The implementation of the cloud computing system improves the
capabilities, manufacturing resources, and the services for the various
suppliers are required to be considered.
The reversed researches are conducted to
determine the concern of communication and data exchange for the internal
elements of the system. The aim of the system to be developed in the industry
is to integrate and compute the physical processes and networking system. The
suggested scheduling process are developed to reduce the energy consumption and
the approach of sensors.
The
sematic technology have potential advantage to resolve the standardized
communication system. The use of information technology in the companies
improves the communication system and provides the information to machines and
human agents. The information and services provided through the secure
processes becomes more accessible for the competitors.
The control architecture monitors the smart
factory system and prime focus of services is on the decentralized and the
multi agent system. The control architecture in the smart factory can be
improved by online monitoring and the control system. The decentralization of
multi agent services are required for the occurrence of deadlocks.
Some people have also reported that when they
initially shifted towards using cloud computing they got a lot of complaints
from customers
RECOMMENDATIONS
of Sharing the Product Service and Factory Function Via Cloud Computing.
Companies should research on this problem of
insecurity .The companies can invest in making this cloud computing more secure
so that people prefer to use it .Moreover it can play a strong role in making
people lives easier as companies can share the data easily and more confidently
with the employees as well as the management without any threat of it being
hacked or leaked.
Secondly employee training is also vital for
making cloud computing easier to use in the day to day activities and
transactions of the business. More and Efficient training means that employee
would be better able to utilize this smart and latest technology with means
that the output would be significantly maximized.
CONCLUSION
on Cloud Computing.
The businesses at an advantage because it can
store as much data as possible on the cloud as most of them do not come with
any constraint. Moreover, the business can take advantage of reduced costs that
would lead to higher profits level. But at the same time the business will have
to consider that there are some disadvantages that it has to live with. The
biggest disadvantage that most businesses face is that they always fear that
their data is at risk because it can be exploited by others.
The
extent of the disadvantages can be reduced if the business takes careful
decisions. Firstly, the business should try to take in these changes step by
step. It should have to take applications one by one and analyze whether the
decision has been successful or not. In case the results of using applications
is not successful then the business should not take the decision of taking
other applications. This is because it is really evident that the decision did
not turned out to be better for the business.
To conclude it would be very difficult if any
one business makes this choice of not moving towards cloud computing since it
will be stuck with the traditional practice that are not very efficient for the
business. The ease with which the data on the cloud can be stored, edited and
us no matter wherever you are has made lives easier for millions of people. So
every business needs to consider going for it however, in order to minimize the
potential risks it is better that the business makes thoughtful decisions.
