In
this chapter there are intentions to provide with the research methods which
are used specifically for the current research topic i.e., return on investment (ROI) of training and
development the data through involving the case study of a company Ooredoo Qatar. The current
chapter contains the details for the research methodology or the design of the
research as data collection for the current study is based on the financial
reports of Ooredoo Qatar. With
the use of qualitative as well as quantitative research the financial
analysis is desired for the current work.

In
the current research there will be use of the primary as well as the secondary
analysis; for secondary analysis literature review and financial reports of
Ooredoo Qatar will be taken from last 5 years and for the primary research data
from 140 respondents from the Ooredoo Qatar will be taken who were given the
relevant training.

its profitability and what is the operating margin, tax rate, percentage of
sales, cost of goods sold, gross margin, the revenues, net income, return on
assets, financial leverage, EBT margin, return on equity percentage, etc.
Through the analysis of the company,
Ooredoo Qatar Liquidity will also be noticed because in this way there will be
an analysis that what is the financial leverage, quick ratio, current ratio as
well as the debt-equity ratio of the company.
Cash conversion cycle, payable period, inventory turnover, receivable
turnover, asset turnover efficiency the data analysis, along with fixed asset
turnover will also be noticed.
The
data from the financial reports company Ooredoo Qatar will be concerned in
order to notice the return on investment through providing the training to the
employees. There will be analysis of the financial leverage include the
