Regarding
the population for the current research work; there will be collection of the
data (questionnaire) from the 140 employees of the Ooredoo Qatar who were given
the training and development.
Sample and sampling strategy of Research Proposal about Return on

The
Sample strategy questionnaire will be used and the financial reports of Ooredoo
Qatar from the last five years. The sampling technique uses the non-probability
convenient sampling technique so that there could be an analysis of the
financial reports which are easily available and random sampling technique for
the questionnaire purpose.
Data Collection Method of Research Proposal about Return on Investment

For
this research primary and secondary analysis will be done; for the secondary
data collection of the current research work; there will be an analysis of the
financial reports through gathering the data and research works will be based
on research articles. However, financial reports help to evaluate the
performance of the company. Current research work uses the quantitative and
qualitative research methods to evaluate the research problem. There will be
numerical data; however, for the primary analysis of the current research,
there will be regression analysis and co-relation analysis after collecting the
questionnaire data from the employees Ooredoo in Qatar.

The
pilot study will be done on this purpose as it helps to evaluate the
efficiency, liquidity, profitability and financial leverage of the return on
investment (ROI) of training and development of the data in Ooredoo in Qatar.
The performance of the company can be evaluated for the specified last five
years.
Data Analysis Software and techniques of Research Proposal about Return on

The
current research return on investment (ROI) of training and development will be
concerned or evaluates based on the results of the excel sheet; there will be a
focus on the data analysis and the interpretation after gathering the data;
arranging and organizing it. However, with the analysis purposes, there will be
a collection of the data from the employees of Ooredoo in Qatar and the
available data related to the financial records and results will be there with
the help of the excel formulas. After getting the data from the report and
employees the data will be calculated based on the profitability, financial
leverage for, efficiency, liquidity of the company. Moreover, the parameters
will be evaluated by using the excel formulas as data analysis tools to
evaluate the financial position of Ooredoo in Qatar.
