growing store in America. The headquarter of the Walmart is located in the
Bentonville, Arkansas. Sam Walton founded this mart in the year 1962 and incorporated
in the year of 1969, on October 31. In the year of 2019 on January 29, it is
calculated that the 11,348 clubs and stores are present in almost 27 countries
and different names are used in order to operate the marts. The revenue knows
it as the world’s largest company. The used to supply almost everything, which
is required in our daily life (Pope & Devin, 2015).

From the early stage of awareness to the
close sale, it is a process of repeatable steps, through which a salesperson
takes steps to take a prospective buyer or it is also defined as the fulfilling
the consumers demand by supplying them the goods and services.

employee on the leave even the employee is on sick leave or have some critical
issues.

Walmart, is marketing mix method. This strategy revolves around 4P’s in which
product, price, place, and promotion strategy. This marketing strategy improves
the marketing of Walmart. By implementing this strategy, the sales of Walmart
increasing annually.

The sales of Walmart is linked with the
other business function like marketing department sets the target to achieve
and what steps are implemented to enhance the sales. The HR department set a
team of marketing that performs efficient marketing, which enhanced the sales.
The role of the finance department is also necessary as they provide the
financial assets to enhance the marketing strategy that ultimately enhanced the
sales of goods and services of Walmart.
Due to the interaction of other business,
functions in sales improve the company value among its consumers and its
competitors. Moreover, the company expanded its services at the global level,
which provide the platform to increase the sales of its goods, and services (Barne & Nora, 2014).
Challenges

Walmart suffered many challenges regarding its
services and many other factors that may reduce the sales of goods and products
of Walmart if not properly managed. As the Walmart provides its services
globally that causes a problem because the giant culture of consumers is
affiliated and sometimes the Walmart is unable to meet the demand of their
customers that have a negative impact on the sales of Walmart. Another emerging challenge that the Walmart
faced from their employees as company is unable to facilitate to their
employees and employees are not satisfied with their job, which leads to the
high turnover rate of employees that disturb the reputation of the company (Argue & Stuart, 2015).

for improvements of
Walmart
The company although successfully run due
to its efficient strategies but there is a need to improve some aspects of the
company such as improve its price strategy that attracts the consumers all
around the world. Moreover, the company
also develop products that meet the requirements of customer’s at large level
and according to their demand.
The Walmart Company also facilitated to
their employees as providing good salary packages, evaluation and reward
system, encouraged the employees on their performance, suitable working
environment and develops effective communication among employees and employers
that work to achieve the same objectives and goals of the company efficiently (Smith & Craig, 2019).
The tools
and technique in B2B and B2C environments of Walmart
Walmart are doing their businesses with
other business and consumers by selling their products to the consumers also to
the other people who used their items for business purposes.

for improvements of Walmart
It is highly recommended to Walmart to use
the latest technologies more and more in order to gain the attention of the
consumers and to increase the supply of the product. This can happen when
Walmart is able to fulfil the demand of the consumers.

that Walmart is one of the rapidly growing stores from which the online, as
well as the offline shopping, takes place. Walmart is also known as the world’s
largest store due to its revenue. In the sales process, first, the process of
managing and manufacturing takes place in which the Walmart send the products
after the manufacturing to the distribution center then it goes to the store
where the consumers can be able to buy the things easily.
Walmart is doing business with the
consumers and with other businesspersons, in order to enhance the success in
the market and with respect to this there are over 11,300 stores and clubs are
present in 27 different countries. They are following the four piers of the
strategies. Adding more, they are also using the different types of market
strategies in order to enhance the sales of the products and goods.
The businessperson with whom they are
getting the benefits are HR departments; who regulates the management of the
Walmart, IT department; these departments are focussing on the online shopping
services and the marketing through social media and other sites, finance
department; these departments are playing a role in the financial cases and the
last one is the marketing department. The work of the marketing department is
to use the market techniques in order to enhance the marketing of Walmart.
