In this scenario, I totally succeed in my trial period as a
trainee marketing manager in Coca-Cola. Now the line manager asked me to
prepare a proper report that can compare Coca-Cola with another competitor in
the industry like Pepsi. The main purpose of this task is to give a proper
understanding of the main strength and weaknesses of making a proper marketing
plan. For completing this task, I have to use extending the marketing mix and
evaluate how other companies apply this marketing mix to execute business
objectives. In the next part of this report, I have to evaluate different
tactics that have been used by Coca-Cola to achieve major objectives. After
this, in the last part of this report, I have to design a strategic marketing
plan by using 7 Ps for achieving all marketing objectives for the Coca-Cola (Cocacola journey , 2018).

that whenever they seek small competition from other companies like Pepsi, so
they just applied for promotion on their different products. This can be done
through the help of the finance and market managers of Coca-Cola. Their

of its customers. When Fanta is extremely famous among people then after this,
