In this scenario, I totally succeed in my trial period as a trainee marketing manager in Coca-Cola. Now the line manager asked me to prepare a proper report that can compare Coca-Cola with another competitor in the industry like Pepsi. The main purpose of this task is to give a proper understanding of the main strength and weaknesses of making a proper marketing plan. For completing this task, I have to use extending the marketing mix and evaluate how other companies apply this marketing mix to execute business objectives. In the next part of this report, I have to evaluate different tactics that have been used by Coca-Cola to achieve major objectives. After this, in the last part of this report, I have to design a strategic marketing plan by using 7 Ps for achieving all marketing objectives for the Coca-Cola (Cocacola journey , 2018).

The marketing mix is extremely important for Coca-Cola if it wanted to achieve any business goal with perfection. There are a lot of benefits that include it will help the organization to make a connection between the other companies and delineates employment. This will also think about the system by introducing some advancement in a commercial for achieving valuable goals of the organization. In this part, there is proper marketing analysis about Coca-Cola  in detail (Phadermrod, et al., 2016).

This can be done through the help of the finance and market managers of Coca-Cola. Their advertisement department always works on something unique and new for Coca-Cola.

Coca-Cola always focuses on the need of its customers. When Fanta is extremely famous among people then after this, they introduce different flavors in Fanta in promoting their brand in a proper way. Coca-Cola is able to differentiate between financial and non-financial incentives. Coca-Cola always focuses on innovative solutions to complete the demand of the people.

It can be seen that their products are sell in more than 200 countries. They focus on the demand of the customer in each country. Like there is no pure water demand in the UK, so Coca-Cola doesn’t sell this product in this Coca-Cola.
