The specific audience of this research article can be identified as executives of organizations, government institutes, and future researchers. Information presented in this research paper is specifically for those who can take initiative steps for the betterment of transgender in our society. The prime purpose behind this research work is to put emphasis on the rights of transgender as a human being and identification of the unfair treatments towards transgender in our societies. The message of this research paper is to reduce issues and problems for transgender at workplaces and communities. Moreover, the message is to promote freedom for them and discourage discriminative behaviours.

The main ideas behind the writing of this research paper are integrated well with each other. Arguments are presented in a flow that creates a progressive argument. For instance, writer firstly presented the importance of freedom for all human being without any gender discrimination. Then the writer highlighted discriminative behaviour of human being towards transgender at public places such as public bathrooms. Then further covering work-life dimension, the writer presented examples of issues faced by transgender at workplaces. After that before presenting a conclusive argument writer also presented the role of unions and organizations supporting transgender. Thus, the progressive argument is created.

Most of the augments are supported by the evidence and proofs from other research studies and statistics which increases the creditability of this research paper. Moreover, the presentation of evidence from statistics also highlighted the areas of concern and emphasis on the requirement of effective actions to control the problems of trans gender’s lives. Although, research paper mainly highlighted the situation of transgender people in western countries. However, in my view’s arguments could be supported by presenting the comparative analysis with eastern countries also.
