The key process
considered in the business plan and the strategy of the company is to analyze
the new values and how it can be helpful in top management. The management is a
key process in the bakery industry. Celebrations will consider the process for
the level of service quality and the priority process required to improve the relationship
between different business factors. The management tools are used to determine
the gap between services and cost of the services. There are different
possibilities and alternatives of project quality management tool such as Cause
and Effect Diagram, Pareto Diagram, Control Chart, Six Sigma, Process and
System Flowchart, Histogram, and Run Chart or a Scatter Diagram. In the present
project of the opening celebration, different situations are considered that
work to manage and assess the situations in the business. The selected tools
are used to over the issues faced by the management department of project
quality. The selection situations are supposed to be directly related to each
other and realistic for the project. In the present assessment of the quality
management systems, different key success factors are determined separately. In
general, I worked to follow different factors such as price, accuracy of
delivery, product safety, quality of product, location, design, and products.
The critical success factors are supposed to be improved and ensure all the
business strategies. According to statistics the 20% of the factors are cause
for improvement of corporate performance and result in the 80% increase in
corporate performance. The critical success factors of baking industries are
the implementation of standards, training of the personals, use of
technological and technical practices, competency of the equipment and staff,
high quality of services, products and materials, the strong economic potential
of services with available capital inflows. The characterized services are
often considered in the loop of quality processes of the baking industry.
Different quality process in the baking industry is product realization,
management responsibilities, product realization, improvement, analysis, and
measurement of services. The analysis is based on the connection process and
critical factors of success. The work process is based on the distribution and
production of services in the selected regions. The consumer demands the
process to deliver the product on time and to work under the choice of
distribution of celebrations. The quality levels are considered for different
identified key processes in the baking industry and the process indicates the
ranking, needs of improvement, process improvement, and the relation of the
size of gap and process. The consideration in the tools is respective
references for the levels and the values of cost in the bakery business.

preliminary draft that defines parameters of phase 1.
- Phase
2 along with partial phase 1 that conform the framework and template. The
process is required to update the deliverables of phase 2 in the baking
industry.
The quality management
approach is used to manage the quality of services in the life cycle of the
project. The team members show that the quality of services is planned for the
process and product. The successful bakery project meets all the requirements
and objective and utilizes different integrated quality approach. The quality
standards are defined to continuously improve quality measures. The quality of
products and the process of celebration are mainly focused on the deliverable
of the project according to standards. The quality product is delivered to the
customers and ensure that the product meets the requirements of quality
standards and customer satisfaction. The focus of process quality is to
establish quality standards and activities for the organizational standards.
The project team members of celebration are focused to work with the quality
group to deliver quality services. All the documentation of the project plan is
defined to be transitioned for the operations and the successful completion of
