The role is the
description of the portion of the project that is supposed to be completed by
the members.

Authority is defined
as the level at which the members are working to make decisions and they apply
the resources for the approvals of resources.
Responsibility of Human Resource Management
Responsibility can be
defined as work and task that must be completed under the period and defined
work activities.
Consulted of Human Resource Management
Consulted members of
celebrations are those working in the baking industry for a long time and they
are consulted in the industry as a senior before taking any decision.
The roles and
responsibilities in the celebration café are considered an essential process
for the success of the project. All the team members are supposed to work
effectively under defined responsibilities and to perform according to their
portion of the success. There are different roles and responsibilities
established for the working departments. In case of a baking industry that is
under consideration, the leading roles are played by the project director,
project manager and change manager, project budget and finance officer, project
and event planning officer (PEPO), event operations officers (EOO), project
coordinator and project administrator.
Project director of Human Resource Management
The project director
in the baking industry is responsible for the overall success of the bakery in
celebration. The project director is the direct authority to approve and
authorize all the expenditures of industry and project. He is also responsible
to approve the work activities and how to meet the acceptable criteria that are
already defined. The difference is at certain levels and fall within the
acceptable variance. The project reports and approvals are also done under his
supervision. The project director is required to have the following skills,
effective communication, leadership, management, effective communication
skills, and scheduling.
The project manager of Human Resource Management
The project manager is
mainly responsible to gather all the required information and process of
different phases. The project objectives will be designed by the project
manager under attainable environments and requirements. The project manager in
the baking industry will be managing the quadruple constraints of the project.
The process of controlling the change is dependent on the time, scope, cost,
quality, and the change of the entire project process. The change request is
supposed to be implemented.
Project budget and finance officer
The role of the
finance officer is to present the project status and individual reports. The
financial officer performs all the duties and activities based on requirements
and develops a complete analysis of budget requirements.
Project and event planning officer
The major
responsibilities of the project and event planning officer are design, plan,
and production of the event. In the whole process, the management is delivering
all the required elements within the time limits. The officer is responsible
for the implementation, distribution, and monitoring process of all the
sections in the project. They also work to organize all the facilities for
managing the events. The details are provided for promotional materials,
equipment, décor, entertainment, and transportation. The project planning
officer is also responsible to report the status of the project under the
management plan and project communication.
Event operation officer
The event operation
officers are responsible to ensure all the legal, insurance, safety and health
obligations. The event operation officer will work to specify staff
requirement, cooperation, activities, marketing of the services, and the
promotion of the activities and the events organized by the baking industry.
Proactive handling is required to deal with the issues and to troubleshoot the
emerging problems. The officer will report on the outcomes and event evaluation
process.
Project coordinator of Human Resource Management
The responsibilities
of the project coordinator are to ensure the on-time delivery of the process
and the materials. The reports are based on the project status and the
performance of individuals. The performance evaluation is based on different
activities. They assist the officer of event management and operation with the
possible on-site support for the process. The reports are also prepared by the
project coordinator that is then forwarded to the project director to measure
the effectiveness of the project.
Project administration of Human Resource Management
The project
administration is responsible to perform all the required activities of the
project. They work under the schedule and coordinate with the external and
internal project meetings. The project administrator assists the team with all
the possible assistance and production process. The assistance for the
production process is linked with the event documentation, production of the
project, invoices, and all the materials required in organizing any event or
process in the bakery.

Responsibility matrix of Human Resource Management
All the staff members
are responsible for the delivery of excellent services, therefore, the
responsibility assignment matrix is defined to evaluate the level of each
employee in the bakery. The matrix consists of accountable, responsible,
informing members, consultant, and other responsibilities in the charts. In
case if the changes are proposed in accordance with the control process of the
project then all the changes are mentioned in the updated responsibility
matrix.
