The
present report considers design of Truss bridge that is adjusted according to
the Golf Carts dimensions. The designer of Truss bridge developed it for
climbing up and down where the maximum inclination slope is adjusted to 30
degrees. The problem is solved by simulating the bridge in specially developed
software package. The factors considered in the report are strength of truss
bridge and cost that is minimized by design. The analysis conducted in the
report include quality function development (QFD) and house of quality (HOQ).
The generation of design concept is through characterization of dynamic and
heavy loads. The report concluded all the important calculations regarding
design of sustainability under the standards and catalogs.

Statement of
Design a truss bridge that will be used in AUM Campus to span the paved roads
used by Golf Carts
The
mission of present work is to prepare a design of truss bridge while
considering the wide range of fields that are associated with the development
and sustainability of the bridge. All the skills and knowledge are related to
the design. The experts have worked on the planning, designing, development,
and management of project for construction of structures. The program will
aspire the advanced management and construction projects due to technological
operations. The report analyzed truss configuration, develop plan and
specification, analyze the design to build the bridge.
The
project provides an opportunity to apply all the scientific principles,
engineering concepts, mathematical tools, experimental data, and practical
consideration that contribute in the final product. The report will measure
truss configuration that is tailored with the needs of owners. The
configuration of truss model is also considered under the affects of final
designs. All the engineering computations are transferred to the schedules and
drawings. At the end, the validity of design and accuracy of specifications and
plans is considered.
Context
of this project of

The
context of this project is “overview about the Truss bridge” which is used in
the AUM campus because to span the paved roads, it is used by the Golf Carts. Basically
in the design of the truss bridge the height of the bridge is adjusted according
to Golf Carts dimension, which is also used in the AUM Campus. Now in this design
of bridge it has the capacity to carry 20 adult, which is approximately 1600 kg
of weight, means 80 kg each adult at the same time. The safety margin is approximately

is the problem that you are trying to solve?
In this project we
tarrying to solve the “design of truss bridge in AUM Campus,” and it is a specially
developed software package. And also use the software to create structural
model that is run and simulated the load test to determine the design of truss
bridge
Why is it important to
solve this problem?
We identify this problem
because the load test would help us to identify the member, which inadequate
the strength. Because these strength of these members will also increase the
size. To minimize the cost we will optimize the design

The
solution of the problem is very important because after this we were able to explore,
evaluate and improve the attribute of the truss bridge designs and also
understand the load distribution in the truss. And also able to explore the
various arrangement of the team member in the truss structure and identify the
compression and tension of members.
