It is important to come up with considerable research
questions so that the topic can be further explored in a proper direction. The
specific research question that I will present in this research paper is given below:
“What is the current progress made
by female politicians in advancing women’s equality in the developing world?”
However, it is vital to mention here that women’s
equality is not the issue associated with only the developing world, rather it
is a worldwide issue, and a lot of work is needed to be done in this regard.
But in this research, the focus will be given to the role of female politicians
in the developing world. The above-mentioned primary question is not the only
one to be explored in this research, but there are a few relevant research
questions, which are going to be answered with this particular research. These
secondary questions are as important as the primary question is, because
without answering these questions, it is hard to come up with a considerable
answer for the primary question.
So, here are some of the secondary level questions,
which are going to be asked and analyzed to get relevant answers:
·
How is the role of female politicians in the developing world nowadays?
·
What has been improved by women’s access to political
decision-making in developing countries?
·
How are the accomplishments of women’s access to
political decision making in developing countries?
·
Why is it difficult to remove gender inequality in the developing world?
Research Objectives of
The Progress of Female Politicians in Advancing the Women’s Equality
The basic objective of the research is to dig up deep
into the role of female politicians in advancing women’s equality and rights,
especially in the developing world. It is vital to look at their progress on
why female politicians still have not made any significant progress in removing
gender inequality in the developing world. Their current role in the developing
world is going to be analyzed, and it will be tried to figure out what
improvements have been made by female politicians when they were engaged in the
political decision-making process. Some laws should have been passed, which
would play their part in implementing gender equality. It is believed that
women have not been able to achieve what they could have achieved through their
participation in politics. The research will also try to figure out what issues
women and female politicians are facing in the developing world in terms of
removing gender inequality and violation of rights provisioned for women. These
research objectives will be achieved through this particular research.
