There
are different ways for embraced SCRUM in any organization if your team is
completely unaware of the SCRUM technology.
The
first way is that the company has to give comprehensive information about the
software. In the introduction, the company has to give complete information and
detail about this software. In this information, there is complete detail about
this process. It also contains some information related to three SCRUM
artifacts.
There
are a lot of concepts that are present in SCRUM. Due to this many team members
may be confused about what kind of concept is perfect for any project management.
Due to this, the company must have to give comprehensive information about
these concepts. Such action will help the team members of the company to choose
the right concept for SCRUM. Another thing is that the company has to give a complete
demonstration of several concepts that are used for that software. The next
point is that the company has to arrange a training session for embracing SCRUM
in the organization. Due to this training session, the employees are able to
learn about this new technology in an efficient way. But the point is that it
is extremely difficult to learn about this new technology in two or three days (Scharff & Verma, 2010).
For
that, the company has to arrange a proper month for the training. The training
must be started from the basics. In the basic, the company has to give a proper
understanding of the software through practical application. When the team
member is able to pass the basic test about this software, then after this, the
company has to move towards the next level of training. In that case, the
company has to give certain tasks to the team members. During these tests, the
company may be made different mistakes. Moreover, they may take time to
complete these tasks.
The
next thing is that the company has to evaluate these tests in a proper way. In
the evaluation, the company has to highlight their mistakes in an efficient
way. The reason is that through this mistake, the team members are able to
learn new things. They are now moving towards advanced training. In that
session, the company has to give certain problems to the different team members,
and they must have to solve it through the help of SCRUM. It is obvious that it
is extremely difficult to solve the problem when your team is in the process of
embracing SCRUM. The company has to give three to four main scenarios to their
team members. On the basis of this, the company has to evaluate the performance
of their team members in solving the problem.
This
advanced session will take a longer time for completion, and the reason is that
there are a lot of tasks the company has to evaluate. If this task is passed by
the team member's perfect way, then it shows that he has complete information
about this software and also able to give information to other members of his
team. The last thing is that after all sessions, the company has to evaluate
the progress after each month and highlight their mistakes (Christelle Scharff, 2011).
