The answer is yes, and the SCRUM software can be used in such organizations that are not related to IT. There are many companies that are using SCRUM in their companies. There are `some companies that are using this software for developing the infrastructure for their different projects. Through the help of this software, it will be easy for any organization to manage their tasks in a proper way. The companies are able to create their backlog system through this technology, and the company is able to communicate with their stakeholders in an efficient way. The reason is that there are many businesses in the world that faced many problems during communication. They often lose many of their clients and stakeholders. Therefore, there is a need for a perfect way to communicate with them in an efficient way (Carvalho, Cardoso, Cunha, & Zanetti, 2013).

The next thing is that when a company is required to gain customer feedback in an efficient way. There are different companies that are aiming to get the best response from their customers. This is the main duty of the product manager that he must have to ensure the feedback from their customers and manage their products according to their feedback.

The problem is that it is extremely difficult for companies to gain a perfect response from their customers. This is the reason why many companies are gaining the best response from their customers through SCRUM software.

The HR Department of the company is also using the Kanban Board to hire new employees in an efficient way. it can be seen that when companies are using SCRUM practices for their recruitment process, it will be extremely easy for the company to train their employees. The recruitment process becomes smooth and perfect for the HR department. The reason is that they can easily hire and drop the new employees for the organization. Through this, the HR team is able to predict the outcome of the candidate and on the basis of the record and also their progress. The HR department knows that the recruiting process has a proper standard. But there are some factors that are playing an important role in meeting the main goal of the organization. If the organization wanted some change in its management system, then it can be done by installing these practices  (Schwaber, 2004).

 There are some companies that may face trouble for maintain the quality of their products. There are some difficulties for different business to meet the demand of their customers. This can be done easily through the help of such software in the organization. This software will enable different features for gaining proper response from their customers. Moreover, it can be noted that there are many companies that are involved in using these practices for maintaining the demand of their customers in an efficient way. There are many task that is completely not related to software development and IT. Some companies are also using these practices for managing important tasks for the company (Schwaber, 2004)
