The answer is yes, and the
SCRUM software can be used in such organizations that are not related to IT. There
are many companies that are using SCRUM in their companies. There are `some
companies that are using this software for developing the infrastructure for
their different projects. Through the help of this software, it will be easy
for any organization to manage their tasks in a proper way. The companies are
able to create their backlog system through this technology, and the company is
able to communicate with their stakeholders in an efficient way. The reason is
that there are many businesses in the world that faced many problems during
communication. They often lose many of their clients and stakeholders.
Therefore, there is a need for a perfect way to communicate with them in an
efficient way (Carvalho, Cardoso, Cunha, & Zanetti, 2013).
The next thing is that when a
company is required to gain customer feedback in an efficient way. There are
different companies that are aiming to get the best response from their
customers. This is the main duty of the product manager that he must have to
ensure the feedback from their customers and manage their products according to
their feedback.
The problem is that it is
extremely difficult for companies to gain a perfect response from their
customers. This is the reason why many companies are gaining the best response
from their customers through SCRUM software.
The HR Department of the
company is also using the Kanban Board to hire new employees in an efficient
way. it can be seen that when companies are using SCRUM practices for their
recruitment process, it will be extremely easy for the company to train their employees.
The recruitment process becomes smooth and perfect for the HR department. The
reason is that they can easily hire and drop the new employees for the
organization. Through this, the HR team is able to predict the outcome of the
candidate and on the basis of the record and also their progress. The HR
department knows that the recruiting process has a proper standard. But there
are some factors that are playing an important role in meeting the main goal of
the organization. If the organization wanted some change in its management
system, then it can be done by installing these practices (Schwaber, 2004).
There are some companies that may face trouble
for maintain the quality of their products. There are some difficulties for
different business to meet the demand of their customers. This can be done
easily through the help of such software in the organization. This software
will enable different features for gaining proper response from their
customers. Moreover, it can be noted that there are many companies that are
involved in using these practices for maintaining the demand of their customers
in an efficient way. There are many task that is completely not related to
software development and IT. Some companies are also using these practices for
managing important tasks for the company (Schwaber, 2004).
References of SCRUM be implemented in companies that are not involved in software development or IT?
