However, the companies in the UAE seem to ignore providing top management support for the employees. An example has presented from how the lack of management support in the Federal Electricity and Water Authority (FEWA). For this, the organizational management needs to provide support since it has been considered as an important factor that impacts the employees’ retention in the company (Al-Hummadi, 2013).
