I will open my new business in buying and selling new and used
computers and computers parts. The business models that I am going to use are Retailing
Business Model (RBM) and e-commerce.
Retailing Business Model (RBM)
The first model that I will use is Retailing Business Model (RBM)
which is basically a type of business that operates with buy products directly
from the manufacturers or wholesale suppliers with a smaller quantity and then
will mark up the price to sell the products to end customers (Christensen
& Review, 2016). The requirements aspects to be
implemented in order to build a new business in RBM are as mentioned below:
The product, as well as the intensity and
extent of variety, private-brand choices, and of course, high-quality product
The shopping experience of the consumers,
this will include the design and presentation of the store and also the display
of products
The pricing system and profit model, this
will include the pricing plan (for example discount or low prices) and also
, like a promotion for free delivery
E-commerce
business
The second
model that I use for my business is e-commerce business model which is
basically the business transactions of purchasing or selling
of products or services by using the support of Internet (Thanasankit,
2003).
The requirements
that I will need to open an e-commerce business are:
Register
a domain name and create an attractive website
then register it
Find
the perfect vendors which will provide high quality
with low priced products so that I can sell over again.
